Fri 19 August 2022, 21:31|Tottenham Hotspur

It’s matchday three of the Premier League season and we’re back at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to take on Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday lunchtime (12.30pm UK).

As we bid to continue our unbeaten start to 2022/23, here’s all the information you need to know ahead of the match...

How can I watch the game?

Saturday’s match will be televised live in the UK on BT Sport 1, kick-off 12.30pm.

Before the game, make sure you tune in to SPURSPLAY, our new and exclusive home for video content, to catch our popular N17 Live pre-match show, coming to you live from inside Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. We’re on air from 11.25am to bring you the team news as it breaks, with added input from our ex-captain and current Club Ambassador Gary Mabbutt.

During the match itself, you can follow all the action via our new-look Match Centre here on and the Spurs Official app, where you’ll find minute-by-minute text and audio commentary, goal alerts, stats and much more. We’ve also got you covered with live updates across our social media platforms, while there’s also the option of joining our official Watchalong on Twitch.

Worldwide broadcast listings are available here if you’re following us from outside the UK.

Post-match, we’ll have a short video highlights package for you on Club channels from two hours after the full-time whistle, with a full match replay available on SPURSPLAY from midnight on Sunday morning.

What is the team news?

Cristian Romero has been ruled out for us after picking up an adductor problem during last weekend’s draw at Chelsea.

Fellow defender Clement Lenglet is back in the frame after missing the trip to Stamford Bridge, also with an adductor issue.

Midfielder Oliver Skipp remains sidelined with a foot injury.

As for Wolves, Joao Moutinho is back in training and could feature, while they could give a debut to new signing Matheus Nunes following his move from Sporting Lisbon.

What colours will the teams be playing in?

We’ll be wearing our new 2022/23 home kit, featuring Lilywhite shirts, navy blue shorts and white socks, all with volt green detailing. Our goalkeeper will play in all green.

Wolves, meanwhile, will wear gold shirts, black shorts and gold socks, with their keeper in purple.

Who is the referee?

Simon Hooper will referee the match on Saturday.

Adrian Holmes and Mark Scholes will be his assistants, Robert Jones is the fourth official and VAR will be looked after by Lee Mason and assistant Lee Betts.

What will the weather conditions be like?

It’ll be largely sunny with a moderate breeze in north London on Saturday, with temperatures set to be around 21 degrees at the start of the match.

How can I get the matchday programme?

Our new-look official matchday programme for the new season is back with issue two – new signing Richarlison stars on the cover and gives a fascinating interview inside about his journey to top-level football, while we take a look at Harry Kane’s story so far on the 10th anniversary of his Premier League debut and Antonio Conte speaks in his exclusive programme column. Fans attending the game will be able to pick up a copy at a number of programme booths outside the stadium, in the Spurs Shop at the Tottenham Experience or at the Tap Inn bars inside the stadium, or you can order online here for delivery direct to your door.
