Spurs Women coaching update

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Lauren Smith as Assistant Coach for Tottenham Hotspur Women.  

Lauren joins Head Coach Rehanne Skinner’s coaching staff from the Wales Women’s National Team, where she has served as Assistant Manager since 2017 and helped the senior team break into the top 30 of the FIFA Women’s Rankings for the first time.

Prior to her time with Wales, Lauren spent seven years at Bristol City. She joined the Vixens as Under-13s coach in 2010 and worked in a variety of roles before being named First Team Assistant Coach in 2014.

Alongside her first team duties, she was also Technical Director for the Under-9 to Under-19 youth programmes.

Lauren will join our coaching staff this week and will be in the dugout ahead of our Barclays FA Women’s Super League fixture at home to Everton on Sunday.
