Aurora Mikalsen joins Spurs Women

We are delighted to announce the signing of goalkeeper Aurora Mikalsen.

The 24-year-old has signed a contract with the Club that will run until 2021 and will wear the number one shirt.

Previously with Manchester United and Norwegian side Kolbotn IL, Aurora has represented Norway at Under-15, Under-16, Under-17, Under-19 and Under-23 level, as well as being called up to the senior squad in 2018.

Aurora said: “Coming to Spurs is an exciting challenge for me and I am really looking forward to the season ahead.

“There’s a good atmosphere at the Club and I can’t wait to get back out there with my new team-mates.

“I think the qualities I have as a goalkeeper fit well with the way Karen and Juan want our playing style to be and I’m hoping I can continue to build my skillset.”

The deal is subject to regulatory processes being completed.
