Shape Up With Spurs – part four

We are today bringing you the fourth in our series of video home workouts delivered by our coaches on the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation’s ‘Shape Up With Spurs’ programme.
With gyms and leisure centres across the country closed and social distancing measures in place, we aim to ensure you can stay fit and active from home.
This week’s session is a fast-paced interval workout to help you burn off those Easter eggs!
No weights required for this – all exercises should be done in short 30-second bursts, followed by one minute’s rest, then go again.
Remember to warm up at the start and cool down after your workout...
‘Shape Up With Spurs’ is a free programme delivered at community centres within the Tottenham area to promote health and wellbeing amongst local residents.
