Refunds and Ticketing

Following the announcement that the Arsenal fixture will be played at Wembley Stadium, Season Ticket Holders will be credited a further 1/19th of the price you have paid for your 2018/19 Season Ticket. This amount will be in your ticketing account and ready for you to claim by 1pm today (Thursday 7 February).

In order for funds to be credited to your nominated bank account before the Arsenal game goes on sale, supporters must provide their bank details by 3pm on Monday 11 February.

Season Ticket Holders are reminded that bank details previously submitted have not been stored so details must be resubmitted in order for funds to be sent.

Please do check the bank details entered before pressing the submit button. Once details have been submitted, they cannot be edited and incorrect details will cause a delay and may prevent funds being received.

Ticket prices for the Arsenal fixture will be the same as Category A level pricing from the 2017/18 season and the stadium will be open at full capacity.

Season Ticket Holders who held a Season Ticket for the 2017/18 season will have the opportunity to purchase the same seat they had last season for this match from 10am on Monday 18 February.

All new Season Ticket Holders who did not have a Season Ticket for the 2017/18 season and any Season Ticket Holders from the first sales phase who did not purchase during their priority window will be able to purchase from available seats from 10am on Tuesday 19 February.

During the above two sales periods, no booking fees will apply to Season Ticket Holders who purchase a ticket.

Tickets will become available to One Hotspur + members from 10am on Wednesday 20 February.

Tickets will become available to One Hotspur members from 10am on Thursday 21 February.

Tickets will become available on Guest Sale from 10am on Friday 22 February, where members will be entitled to purchase up to four tickets.

Tickets will become available on Restricted General Sale* from 10am on Monday 25 February (up to six per transaction).

*Tickets will only be available on General Sale to supporters registered on our ticketing database before 1 July 2018.
