Wembley Ticketing - Existing and New Season Ticket Holders for 2018/19 Season

Fri 26 October 2018, 18:45|Tottenham Hotspur

Following the announcement that all games up to and including Wolverhampton Wanderers on 29 December will be staged at Wembley Stadium, Season Ticket Holders will be credited 1/19th of the price you have paid for your 2018/19 Season Ticket for each fixture concerned.

The refund in respect of the Chelsea match on 24 November will be placed into your ticketing account automatically within the next 24 hours.

Refund amounts for the remaining fixtures - Southampton on Wednesday 5 December, Burnley on Saturday 15 December, AFC Bournemouth on Wednesday 26 December and Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday 29 December - will be automatically placed into your ticketing account at least seven days before each on sale date. A full schedule of credit and on sale dates for these matches will be published next week and will also be hosted on Ask Spurs.

In order for funds to be credited to your nominated bank account before the Chelsea game goes on sale, supporters must provide their bank details before 9am, Tuesday 30 October.

Season Ticket Holders are reminded that bank details previously submitted have not been stored so details must be resubmitted in order for funds to be sent.

Please do check the bank details entered before pressing the submit button. Once details have been submitted, they cannot be edited and incorrect details will cause a delay in funds being received.

More information on the refund process, including a step-by-step guide, can be found on Ask Spurs: Season Ticket FAQs.
