Supporters travelling to Eindhoven are once again reminded of the requirement to collect tickets in person ahead of Wednesday's UEFA Champions League Group B away fixture against PSV.

The decision to implement this policy is a result of security advice received in respect of this fixture from both the Metropolitan Police and Dutch authorities, as well as following disturbances on our previous visit to Eindhoven in 2008.

Please be vigilant at all times and be aware of your personal safety.

Our dedicated ticket collection booth will be manned by Club Ticket Office staff and located outside turnstiles 35 and 36 of the Philips Stadion (Frederiklaan 10a, 5616 NH Eindhoven).

We strongly urge fans to collect their tickets as early as possible.

Opening times are below (all timings are local CET - one hour ahead of UK) and please note that collections will NOT be available outside of these times.

Tuesday 23 October
2pm-7pm

Wednesday 24 October
10am-5pm

In order to maintain the security and integrity of the allocation when collecting your ticket, the following will be required:
- Your original passport or EU driving licence
- The full name must match the ticket application
- Photocopies will not be accepted
- Each ticket must be collected by the named individual
- Tickets will not be distributed to a lead booker or anyone requesting to collect more than one ticket

There will be no exceptions to this collection process.

Upon collecting your ticket, you will also be issued with a wristband which one of our stewarding team will attach to your wrist. The wristband will be secured and you should not remove the wristband. Once removed, the wristband cannot be reattached. You will need to present your ticket and show your wristband to the stewards at the ticket check point to gain access to the turnstiles. Damaged, tampered with or removed wristbands will not be accepted and you will not be able to gain access to the stadium, even if you have a match ticket.

Supporters on our official travel to Eindhoven will be provided with their tickets on the coaches on arrival at PSV, where they will also be issued with their wristband.

Premium members have been contacted by their account manager to confirm the names of those supporters collecting tickets.

Club officials and stewards will be on hand in the city and at the stadium but be mindful that they will not be able to assist in entering the stadium should you not have the correct documentation to collect your ticket or if you do not have your wristband.

In emergency situations, please call the Travel Line, +44 7917 880445.
