Five members of the Spurs Ladies squad have been called up for international duty.

Midfield duo Megan Wynne and Josie Green have both been included in the Wales group for a four-day training camp this month as well as a series of friendly matches, as manager Jayne Ludlow prepares her side for their next European Championship qualifying campaign.

Fellow midfielder Anna Filbey was also called up but, following an injury sustained in Spurs Ladies’ recent 3-0 win over Leicester City Women, has been forced to withdraw.

Striker Rianna Dean, 19, who arrived from Millwall Lionesses in the summer, has also had an international training camp on the agenda after being invited to join up with the England Under-21 team this week.

Meanwhile, striker Jessica Naz has returned to the England Under-19 set-up as Rehanne Skinner leads her side through the first qualifying round of the Women’s European Under-19 Championship in Croatia.

Naz has already kicked off the qualifying round in style after she bagged a hat-trick on Monday in her side’s 9-0 win over Malta before playing the first half in an 8-0 thrashing of the host nation on Thursday. England face a final test against Slovakia in Varazdin on Sunday.

In other Spurs Ladies news, the home FA Women’s Championship fixture postponed last month has now been rescheduled for Sunday 24 March, 2019, kick-off 1pm at Cheshunt. Tickets that were purchased for the original date (23 September) will be valid for the new date.

Additionally, kick-off for the Ladies’ next match away to Lewes on Sunday 14 October has now been confirmed as 2pm.
