Tottenham HotspurDefender Juan Foyth continued his November to remember with a Man of the Match display on his senior international debut for Argentina in the early hours of this morning (Saturday).
Our young defender, who marked his Premier League bow in our 3-2 win at Wolves earlier this month and netted the winning goal on his second top-flight start at Crystal Palace last weekend, started and played the full match as his nation beat Mexico 2-0 in Cordoba in central Argentina.
Attacking midfielder Erik Lamela came on as a late substitute for Argentina for his first cap in over two years, while goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga took his place in the squad for the first time with a spot on the bench.
