Martin Ho has confirmed that Alice Sombath is the only additional absentee ahead of Wednesday’s return to Subway Players Cup action at Bristol City (7pm UK).
Defender Alice was carried off on a stretcher early in the second half of Saturday’s north London derby in the Women’s Super League at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - it's since been confirmed that she's suffered a ruptured ACL - and she’s now set to miss out as we prepare for our third game in the revamped Players Cup league phase.
Jess Naz returned to the matchday squad at the weekend with a place among the substitutes after being sidelined since last December and Martin has confirmed that she’s again set to be part of the squad for Wednesday’s game.
Olga Ahtinen (knock) remains sidelined along with long-term absentees Clare Hunt and Maite Oroz.
“Jess is still available and back in the squad,” Martin told SPURSPLAY on Tuesday.
“We're in good shape, apart from the long-term ones.”
Supporters will be able to watch Wednesday’s match live on SPURSPLAY.
