In that number | Anfield, Carabao Cup
Over 6,000 members of the Spurs family made the trip to Anfield for Tuesday night's Carabao Cup, third round tie against Liverpool - drawing praise from Roberto De Zerbi and Omar Marmoush.
Spurs voices were heard all night in the rain on Merseyside, not least after Conor Gallagher pulled a goal back. At 2-1, we were well in the game and on top for the next 20 minutes.
Alas, goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili was in sparking form to deny Omar an equaliser from point-blank range with four minutes left - only for Dominik Szoboszlai to then hit a 'worldy' from 30 yards to seal the deal for the home side.
Speaking to about the fans afterwards, Roberto said: "Incredible. I am sorry for them, sincerely, I am sorry, because we know what they suffered in the past. I know that they believe in myself, in the players, in the club and we want to make them happy, especially now."
Omar added: "Today, I have to say, the Tottenham fans were unbelievable. We felt their support since the very beginning and that's important. All of us in the club, the staff, the fans, the coaching staff, everyone around us, we have to support each other in order to reach our goal - that's the only way we can reach it."
