The draw for the new league format of the 2026/27 Subway Players Cup has been made and we’ve learnt our opponents for the initial phase of the competition.
We will face West Ham United (23 Sep), Crystal Palace (11 Nov), Leicester City (18 Nov) at home and Brighton & Hove Albion (30 Sep), Bristol City (28 Oct) and Ipswich Town (16 Dec) away.
A new reshaped and renamed Subway Players Cup – previously known as Subway Women’s League Cup – will adopt a Swiss-style league format with each side playing three home and three away fixtures, with results ranked in a unified league table.
The top eight positions will progress to the Knockout Phase and play a one-legged tie with teams ranked based on their final league position.
We can also confirm the date and kick-off time for all six fixtures in the league phase.
