Ticket update | Nottingham Forest vs Spurs

Applications for our Premier League fixture against Nottingham Forest at The City Ground on Saturday 5 September (kick-off 3pm UK) are now closed.

  • Season Ticket Holders with 309 or more Ticketing Points who applied by the deadline have been successful with their application and will be issued a ticket.
  • Wheelchair Season Ticket Holders with 300 or more Ticketing Points who applied by the deadline have been successful with their application and will be issued a ticket.
  • Ambulant Season Ticket Holders with 294 or more Ticketing Points who applied by the deadline have been successful with their application and will be issued a ticket.

Ticket cancellation

Instructions on how to request a ticket cancellation have been included in the emails sent to successful supporters. The deadline to submit a ticket cancellation is Monday 10 August at 10am. If you find out you are unable to attend after the deadline, please email Ticket.Office@tottenhamhotspur.com and we will attempt to reallocate your ticket to an eligible supporter. A refund will only be issued upon its reallocation in this case.

Ticketing information

Our allocation is 3,048, including 14 Wheelchair and 14 Ambulant supporters (all with a complimentary personal assistant ticket). Most of our allocation at Nottingham Forest is safe standing. Any supporters who cannot stand throughout the match can request a seated ticket by following the instructions in the successful email by 12pm on Thursday 6 August. Alternatively, supporters can email Ticket.Office@tottenhamhotspur.com to request a seated ticket.

You will be awarded two Ticketing Points for attending this fixture. Ticketing Points will only be awarded once the away club confirms your ticket has been scanned at the stadium. 

For this fixture, tickets will be issued digitally. Successful applicants will receive an email during the week of the match containing a download link for their ticket, which can be added to a digital wallet. A link will be sent directly to each successful Season Ticket Holder rather than the lead applicant. Supporters who do not have a compatible device for digital tickets can submit a paper ticket request by following the instructions in the successful email by 12pm on Thursday 6 August. Alternatively, supporters can email Ticket.Office@tottenhamhotspur.com to request a paper ticket. 

Important information

Children must be at least four years of age when attending fixtures at The City Ground. Babies in arms and children in buggies will not be admitted for their own safety.

Children under the age of 14 will not be permitted entry to the ground unless accompanied by a person over 18 years of age.

Coach travel

Coach travel information will be communicated to successful applicants at a later date.

Unauthorised use of tickets

Supporters found to have passed on or sold a ticket for face value or below will receive a written warning and a 50 per cent reduction of Ticketing Points. Supporters found to have sold a ticket for above face value will receive an indefinite ban and loss of all Ticketing Points.

The Club reserves the right to randomly select supporters to collect their away match tickets from the host venue on the day of a match. In such situations, the host venue will be instructed to only release individual tickets to the named ticket holder as advised by Tottenham Hotspur.
