X-Factor's Matt Cardle is the latest celebrity fan to lend his support to the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation by sporting our new charity wristbands.

The Essex-born singer and boyhood Spurs fan took time out from the hit show's busy schedule to visit Spurs Lodge on Thursday and watch the First Team train.

And he arrived wearing the white and navy blue bands currently on sale to fans at a price of £2 with profits going towards the work of our official charitable body.

Matt said: "As a Spurs fan I'm delighted to see the good work the Club is doing in the community and I'm happy to show my support by wearing a Tottenham Hotspur Foundation wristband, it's a great campaign and a great charity."

He joins fellow celebrity fan, comedian Michael McIntyre, as well as the entire First Team squad - who have been wearing the wristbands in training this week - in support of the Foundation.

McIntyre said: "I'm wearing my wristband to support the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation, this Club is like a family and the Foundation does great things, I encourage everyone to get behind it!"

The wristbands will once again be on sale to fans attending Saturday's game with Blackburn at the Lane via the matchday programme vendors at the ground and in the Spurs merchandise stores around the stadium.

Alternatively, you can buy your wristband online and show your colours in support of the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation.
