Win Tottenham Hotspur Men’s First Team Signed Shirt - Terms and Conditions 

1. This is a Competition run by Tottenham Hotspur Football & Athletic Co. Limited (company number 00057186) whose registered office is at Lilywhite House, 782 High Road, London, N17 0BX (the “Club”).
2. The promotion is a competition to win a signed Tottenham Hotspur Men’s First Team Shirt (the “Competition”). The competition is open to participants who purchase a Tottenham Hotspur Premier Day Event between 15:00 (GMT) on 29 May 2026 and 19:00 (GMT) 8 June 2026 the “Prize Draw Period”). The winner will be chosen at random via a random number generator (the “Winner”).
3. To enter, participants must purchase a Tottenham Hotspur Premier Day Event during the Prize Draw Period. The Spurs Premier Day event must be for an event scheduled to take place on either the 27 June 2026 or 29 June 2026.
4. The prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 (eighteen) or above on 29 May 2026 that is a permanent resident of the United Kingdom. Proof of identity may be required.
5. The deadline for entry into the Competition is 8 June 2026 at 19:00 (GMT) (the “Competition Period”).
6. You are not a guaranteed winner by submitting your details.
7. Only one entry per person is permitted.
8. The Winner will be notified by email after 17:00 (GMT) 9 June 2026.
9. If the Winner fails to respond to outreach by the Club, a new Winner will be selected 5 (five) days after the Competition Period has finished.
10. The draw is not open to employees of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, their subsidiaries, families or agents. Any entries submitted by such individuals shall be deemed invalid.

12. The Club accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed, or unreadable and no such correspondence will be entered.
13. By entering the Competition, you agree that if you win the Competition, your name alongside photographs and footage from the session may be used on printed Club channels (such as the matchday programme), and online on the Club’s official website and Club’s official social media channels.
14. The Club reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of it choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize, in the event of circumstances outside of its control. The prize is therefore subject to availability and change.
15. The following entries are not valid: (i) entries which do not meet any eligibility or entry requirements as set out in these terms and conditions (ii) entries submitted using a method or technique designed to unfairly increase chances of winning; (iii) third party or bulk entries; (iv) entries made in breach of these terms and conditions; (v) entries with inappropriate, illegal or offensive content; (iv) entries received after 19:00PM (GMT) on 8 June 2026; (vi) dishonest entries.
16. The Club reserves the right to invalidate entry, disqualify any entrant or recover the prize from any entrant who is in breach of these terms and conditions (including on the date of the training day).
17. The Club accepts no responsibility for (i) any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entries or information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission or (ii) entries not received for whatever reason, including for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
18. If the Winner has a physical or mental impairment which would inhibit their ability to enjoy/make full use of the prize then the Club asks that the Winner makes this clear when they claim the prize so that the Club can consult with the Winner well in advance and seek to make such reasonable adjustments as are practical and within our control, based on the circumstances to ensure the Winner can enjoy the prize to the fullest extent.
19. The Winner(s) agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this Competition, including but not limited to having their name, photograph, and disclosure of county of residence published with their entry and used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by the Club relating to any post-winning publicity. No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to their entry in any Competition or any publicity relating to the Competition.
20. The Club’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
21. The Club reserves the right to hold and void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition at any time as it sees fit and if voided, suspended, or cancelled the Club is under no obligation to deliver the prize to any Competition entrant.
22. To the extent permitted by law, the Club is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered in connection with the Competition or any delays or failure (in whole or in part) to perform any of its obligations if such delay or failure is caused by something beyond its control.
23. The Club will not be held responsible for the winner not taking advantage of the prizes due to health or any other reason.
24. The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

26. When participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that details provided will have been made available to the Club (the “Personal Data”).
27. All Personal Data will be held and used by the Club in accordance with the Club’s privacy policies (which can be found at tottenhamhotspur.com/information/privacy-policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Competition, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information - in accordance with the Club’s privacy policy. We may also use the information you provide to verify your age and identity.
