Our top tips

1. Arrive early

We encourage fans to make arrangements to arrive as early as possible ahead of the match to allow enough time to go through the turnstiles and for queuing.

The stadium will be open 75 minutes before kick-off, while the ticket office will be open 1.5 hours before kick-off.

2. Entering the stadium

Supporters are required to scan the QR code on the back of their Season Ticket Card or e-ticket to enter the stadium. If you experience any difficulties Spurs Staff or Stadium Stewards will be on hand to help.

3. Cashless venue

Brisbane Road is a cashless venue and will not accept any cash payments.

The stadium also operates a cashless turnstile system, meaning fans will need to scan their Season Ticket to gain entry.

4. Matchday programme

Our matchday programme will be available for £3 and includes exclusive features, match reports, statistics and more!

Programmes will be sold inside the stadium. Please look out for our programme sellers who will be taking contactless payments throughout the day. These will be available pre-match and after the game, subject to availability.

5. Bag policy

It is strongly advised for supporters to not bring bags into the stadium that are sized larger than A4.

If you do bring a bag be prepared for standard security checks to be carried out.
Please note, laptops are permitted as long as they are placed within a bag that meets the above criteria.

6. Accessibility

If you are on our Disability Access Scheme and/or have purchased an accessible ticket for this game, please ensure you inform a steward when entering the stadium as they will be able to direct you to the accessible seating areas in your stand.

The seats for personal assistants are located either next to or behind the wheelchair space. Exit routes are in the corners of the stands.

Spurs Respects

Standing
Although we fully expect fans will rise up from their seats during key moments of the match, persistent standing during matches is against Ground Regulations. Persistent standing may lead to ejection from the stadium.

As a Club we do not tolerate any form of anti-social, abusive or discriminatory behaviour, homophobic and racist language. If you witness any form of this, please report it to the nearest steward.

Smoking
Please note there is no smoking or use of e-cigarettes permitted anywhere within the stadium.

Emergency Evacuation
In the unlikely event that we should have to evacuate the stadium, please adhere to the advice given by front line staff and on our public address system.
