In December 2025, the Club confirmed that Season Ticket Holders will be able to share their ticket with up to 3 non-Members per season via Ticket Share.
The following FAQs, updated ahead of the 2026/27 season, have been prepared to assist with any questions supporters may have about the process of nominating a non-Member as a Ticket Share recipient.
How can I share my ticket with a non-Member?
There are some short steps you will need to follow before you can share your ticket with a non-Member (they will need to create a CRN if they have not already done so). Please follow these steps before attempting to share your ticket with them:
- Log in to your e-ticketing account
- Once logged in, select "Match Tickets", then scroll down and click "Nominated Non-Members 26-27" at the bottom of the page
- Select a ticket and add to your basket
- When prompted, assign the ticket to your chosen non-Member in your network
- Complete the transaction - you won't be required to enter your card details.
Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll be able to forward your ticket to the nominated non-Member no later than 12pm the following day. You’ll also be able to forward your ticket to them as many times as you like throughout the season – you won’t need to nominate them each time.
I'm receiving an error message when I try to nominate a non-Member
If you're receiving an error message after you've followed the steps outlined above, it's possible that the non-Member you're trying to nominate has previously been nominated by another Season Ticket Holder. They can check this by logging into their account and seeing if Nominated Non-Members is displayed under their name once logged in.
Once non-Members have been nominated by one Season Ticket Holder, they can receive tickets from any other Season Ticket Holder via Ticket Share for the remainder of the season. If your intended recipient has already been nominated by someone else, simply share your ticket to them via Ticket Share as normal. They will not be counted as one of your three non-Members if you share with them this way.
How long will it take before I can share a ticket with a nominated non-Member?
Once you’ve completed the steps for nominating a non-Member, you’ll be able to share your ticket with them no later than 12pm the following day.
Your nominated non-Member will be able to check if they are able to receive tickets by logging into their account. If Nominated Non-Members is displayed under their name once logged in, they will be able to receive tickets from you straightaway.
How far in advance should I nominate a non-Member?
If you are sharing your ticket with a non-Member for the first time, please allow time for the nomination process to be completed prior to forwarding your ticket.
As standard, once you’ve completed the steps for nominating a non-Member, you’ll be able to share your ticket with them no later than 12pm the following day. Once they’ve been accepted as one of your three nominated non-Members, you’ll be able to forward your ticket to them instantly for the rest of the season without needing to re-nominate them.
Can I change my three nominated non-Members?
Once you've nominated three non-Members to forward your ticket to in a single season, it won't be possible to change these non-Members or add further non-Members. You can continue to share your tickets to these non-Members - and any One Hotspur Member in your Network - throughout the season, and you'll also have the opportunity to re-select your three non-Members in the 2027/28 season.
Do I need to use Ticket Upgrade to share with a non-Member?
Once you've nominated a non-Member to receive your ticket, you will only need to use Ticket Upgrade if you pay a concession price and are forwarding your ticket to a supporter in a different age bracket.
