Supporter Representative Profiles

2026/27

Chris Paouros - Proud Lilywhites

I joined the Fan Advisory Board because I believe fans should be at the heart of everything the Club does. I’ve spent years involved in national fan campaigns, fighting to make sure supporters’ voices are respected and heard, usually through meaningful consultation. The FAB is a chance to bring that principle to Spurs, to ensure decisions are shaped with fans, not just for us. It’s about accountability, transparency and recognising that the Club’s greatest strength is its supporters. By being on the FAB, I want to ensure our voice is heard and embedded in the way Tottenham Hotspur moves forward.

Sachin Patel - Spurs REACH

I joined the Tottenham Hotspur Fan Advisory Board for several interrelated reasons, grounded in my long-standing commitments to fan representation, inclusion and positive change:
- To give fans a direct voice in the Club's non-playing decisions by championing fan representation and transparency.
- To represent under-represented voices and help influence inclusive culture in football/
- To contribute to lasting positive change for future generations of supporters.

Martin Cloake - Season Ticket Holders of Men's team (including Premium)

I have supported Spurs since the early 1970s and have held a season ticket since 1992, follow the team home and away –including across Europe – and attend most matches each season.

I co-chaired the Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust for seven years until 2022. That experience, and continued contact with supporters home and away, gives me a strong sense of the issues fans care about and of how the Club works. People still regularly approach me to share their views.

Spurs supporters want footballing success to be prioritised, while retaining the Club’s tradition of ambitious, attractive football. Danny Blanchflower talked about glory AND winning. We value fairness, direct communication and a club that behaves honourably. Above all, supporters want their loyalty to be respected rather than taken for granted.

I believe fans are integral to the Club, not simply customers of it. I helped contribute to the establishment of the FAB because I believe it can give supporters a meaningful voice at the highest level. Match-going fans are an important constituency. I know that representation is not easy, but it matters: the Club is stronger when fans feel heard, respected and part of its future.

Sian Wallis - Season Ticket Holders of the Women's team

I wanted to make sure the fans of the women's team were represented on the FAB and that the women's team was part of strategic thinking across all areas of the Club. Tottenham Women have a rich heritage over the last 40 years, and we need to keep building on that. I have been involved with the Football Supporters' Association Women's Network for several years and believe the experience and knowledge I have gained throughout this, along with my passion for Spurs Women puts me in a good place to represent fans of the women's team at a strategic level.

Hemali Patel - One Hotspur Members

One of the main reasons I joined the FAB was to try to represent the voice of the most important people at this club, the fans. I wanted to help bridge the gap between the supporters and those making critical decisions at our club and put the fan back at the centre of the thinking.

Nik Seth - International Official Supporters' Clubs

I am a long-standing member, a season ticket holder, and Chair of Estonia Spurs, which I have helped grow from just a few supporters into an active Official Supporters Club. I know the effort international fans make: the travel, the cost, the planning, the late kick-offs, the early alarms, and the determination to stay connected to Tottenham from wherever we are in the world.
The areas I would particularly like to focus on are improving the matchday experience for overseas supporters, improving access to tickets for organised Supporters Club trips, strengthening the connection between the Club and supporters overseas and supporting efforts to improve the atmosphere inside the stadium.

International Supporters Clubs can be part of these conversations, sharing ideas and supporting initiatives that help build the noise, energy and edge we all want on matchdays.
My approach will be practical. I will stay close to International Supporters Clubs, solve your problems, share good ideas between clubs, and work with the Club as a constructive but independent voice.
I love this Club and I am proud to represent International Supporters Clubs on the Fan Advisory Board.

Paul Pavlou - Domestic Official Supporters' Clubs

Firstly, I am honoured to have been elected by other Domestic Supporters' Clubs to sit on the Fan Advisory Board. The reason I put my name forward for the FAB is pretty simple, I feel passionately about Official Supporters' Clubs and I want make sure the voice and views of Supporters' clubs are heard and valued on the FAB.

Mark Spencer - SpursAbility

I joined the Fan Advisory Board to be a dedicated advocate for inclusion and accessibility, with a specific focus on our disabled supporters. My commitment is to help ensure every fan is not just welcomed, but actively supported and fully integrated within our club community.

In this role, I aim to serve as a vital bridge between SpursAbility, other supporter groups and the club. My goal is to identify barriers, propose practical solutions and champion the voices of disabled fans to ensure they are heard and respected in decision-making at every level.

Tristan Foot - Tottenham Hotspur Supporters' Trust

As a member of the Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust I want to ensure that true consultation takes place and honest feedback is listened to so that the interests of supporters are held at the heart of all decisions made by the Club.

Stephen Cavalier - Tottenham Hotspur Supporters' Trust

To represent the Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust, the independent democratic organisation representing Spurs fans.

Ali Speechly - Women of The Lane

As co-founder and co-chair of Women Of The Lane, I joined the Fan Advisory Board to represent women and ensure we play a key role in holding the Club to account. I will advocate for women so that our voices are not just heard, but actively listened to so that we can positively impact and influence the Club's decision-makers. I aim to work with the Board to improve the experience for fans today and for generations to come.
