Tottenham Hotspur Football Club pride ourselves on making our stadium as accessible as possible.
We work hard to ensure that all our disabled access supporters enjoy a fully inclusive environment.
We work alongside our Disabled Supporter’s Association (THDSA) in planning and delivering access facilities, access ticketing and travel.
We provide access services and access facilities for home and visiting disabled access supporters in accessible areas at White Hart Lane.
We have a full time access team led by Jon, our Disability Access Officer (DAO) and assisted by Shirley, our Disability Liaison Officer (DLO). They are here to assist you in all access ticketing and access requirement enquiries and requests.
On match days we have a dedicated access stewarding team to assist and ensure that your visit is a great experience.

ELIGIBILITY AND EVIDENCE OF DISABILITY
Tottenham Hotspur requests evidence of disability before issuing any disabled access tickets under the Equality Act 2010. This is to prevent fraudulent applications, to ensure that we know exactly your access requirements and to enable us to meet those requirements.
The following is accepted as supporting evidence:-
Please Note: Receipt of a Blue/Orange badge or incapacity benefit will not be considered sufficient evidence of disability to enable you to purchase disabled access tickets.
The documentation must be sent or handed to the Ticket Office clearly marked for the attention of the Access Team.
This list is not exhaustive and we realise it does not cover all aspects of disabled access. If you have any doubt concerning eligibility or status, please contact our Access Team at email@example.com or call 0208 365 5161 for further advice.
Any documents should be sent marked for the attention of the Access Team, to the Club or handed in to the Ticket Office situated on the corner of Park Lane and the High Road. Opening hours are Monday - Friday, 09:30 -17:00 and the four hours before kick-off on match days. We will return any original documents sent to us but please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
ACCESSIBLE VIEWING AREAS
DISABLED ACCESS AREA NORTH LOWER STAND
There are 29 wheelchair user accessible spaces on 2 raised platform levels. Ambulant access seating is located at pitch level and on a raised platform as shown below
DISABLED ACCESS AREA SOUTH STAND LOWER
There are 11 wheelchair user accessible spaces for home supporters and 5 Wheelchair user spaces for visiting supporters requiring a wheelchair accessible space Wheelchair users spaces are located at pitch level and in a neutral area for both home and visiting access supporters. Ambulant access seating is located at pitch level.
DISABLED ACCESS AREA WEST STAND LOWER
There are 6 wheelchair user accessible spaces located at pitch level. Ambulant access seating is located at pitch level.
All tickets in our accessible areas are sold at the relevant price for the stand and category of fixture. Each disabled supporter is permitted one complimentary ticket for a personal assistant to assist the disabled access supporter with their access requirements during the course of their time within the stadium. Concessionary prices are available to those under 18 and over 65.
MATCHDAY SPECIAL REQUESTS
Supporters who are partially sighted. Headsets are available in order for supporters to enjoy the match commentary provided at all home games (subject to availability). Headsets need to be booked in advance 7 days prior to the game through our Access Team.
The audio unit consist of an on/off switch and a pre-set volume control. We have 17 units available. Please order via the Access Team on 0208 365 5161 or 0208 3655360.
We advise supports to bring their own head set with volume control if they need to enhance or decrease the sound.

Assistance dogs. We welcome assistance dogs although no dedicated relieving area is available. We are able to supply water bowls if required.
Due to the design of the stadium we are only able to accommodate access supporters with assistance dogs in our lower tier accessible areas. Any access supporter wishing to bring an assistance dog to a fixture must contact the Access Team on 0208 365 5161 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can ensure the appropriate match tickets are allocated and adequate arrangements have been made.
You can now access a specialised travel page that is designed to give travel information for disabled access supporters. These maps offer interactive and clearly laid out maps with directions to key places at White Hart Lane. They also display the disabled access areas in the stadium and how to reach them.
The accessible areas in the North, South and West Stands are wheelchair accessible, offer accessible toilets which are operated using a Radar Key, we have low level counters at our refreshment kiosks.
Our ticket and members office in Park Lane is wheelchair accessible. An induction loop system is operational in the ticket office for supporters with impaired hearing or hearing loss.
Supporters who are Deaf, have hearing impairment or hearing loss are able to contact our Access Team via on the Club text phone 0844 4777 462.
In addition to the accessible megastore there are several mobile units located around the ground on a match day, which are fully accessible to wheelchair users. There is also a hearing induction loop in the megastore.

SEASON / MATCH TICKETS
Currently there is a Season Ticket waiting list for all of our accessible areas at White Hart Lane. Supporters that wish to join the waiting list will need to purchase a One Hotspur Bronze membership. Please contact our Access Team for further details. Please ensure we are advised as to whether a wheelchair user or ambulant supporter membership is required.
HOME LEAGUE GAMES - To purchase match tickets in the accessible areas at White Hart Lane, please call 0208 365 5161 from 3.30pm on the advertised date. To view accessible ticket on sale dates please click here. During the One Hotspur Bronze on sale there will only be a limited number available. The remaining tickets in the accessible areas will be made available for the members on sale.
AWAY GAMES - To apply for away match tickets, please fill out the form and return it to email@example.com.
CHAMPIONS LEAGUE GAMES - Season Ticket holders and One Hotspur Bronze and Lilywhite members will be able to apply on a match by match basis.
Any supporters with temporary injuries (e.g. broken leg) that may affect access to the stadium or seating areas, should contact our Access Team on 0208 365 5161 prior to the game to see if alternative seating can be arranged (subject to availability). Any relocation is at the discretion of the Club and cannot be guaranteed.
