Top five - key info for fans attending Huddersfield fixture

Fri 12 April 2019, 10:33|Tottenham Hotspur

Below are five key things to remember if you’re attending the fixture against Huddersfield Town on Saturday. Remember, kick-off is at 12.30pm and the stadium will be open from 10.30am.

A limited number of tickets for this match have been made available to Members via our Ticket Exchange service – more details here.

Five key points for your visit on Saturday

1. Download the Spurs Official app

Our new app will help you get the most out of your visit and is the best place to store your ticket – over 21,000 fans had their ticket available in the app at the Manchester City match on Tuesday.

Head to the App Store or Google Play now and download the Spurs Official app. The Spurs Official app really is a must-have for any fan.

2. Arrive early and read our travel update

We are a Green Travel Plan Stadium. There will be no parking available for general admission fans at the stadium, local road closures and an extended Event Day Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ), so we encourage fans not to drive.

To help fans getting to and from our new home, we are offering two new matchday transport services:

Shuttle Buses
Regional Coaches

3. Remember your new Stadium Access Card*

Tickets for this match have been loaded onto your new Stadium Access Card. For entrance and seat details, please log in and check your My Account History.

Download the Spurs Official app and your ticket will be available to either use or have as a back-up to your Access Card. You simply scan the barcode at the turnstile reader to gain entry.

Please be reminded that you will not be able to gain entry to the stadium using last season’s Access Cards, so please ensure you bring the right one. Do not bring any card that has Wembley on it!

Lost or cannot find your access card? Contact our Ticket Office.

*Some supporters have been issued an e-ticket for this event. If this includes you, please ensure you print your ticket at home and use this method to gain entry.

4. Bring a form of cashless payment

The Club is proud to deliver a fully cashless stadium as we aim to provide the best possible fan experience at our new home.

No cash will be accepted for any purchase made within the new stadium and its surrounding campus, including the Tottenham Experience.

5. Please familiarise yourself with our bag policy

We strongly advise supporters not to bring bags of any type into the stadium. If you do bring a bag you will need to have it searched.

Our Bag Policy only permits certain bags to be brought into the stadium after they have been searched.

Please note, laptops are permitted as long as they are placed within a bag that meets the above criteria.

Members’ day at Spurs Shops

Saturday is Members’ day – get 10 per cent off at Spurs Shops by showing your Stadium Access Card at checkout. Alternately, you can present the Members’ day email that will be sent to you on the day. This offer will also available online.
