EVENT MANAGER

Reporting to the Deputy Head of Hospitality; this role will support in the planning and delivery of both match day and event hospitality. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the guest, the food and the service.

Key Focus Areas

•Leads and supports in the delivery of first class match day and event day hospitality services
•Supports with the delivery and co-ordination of Conference and Events
•Leads a team of variable event staff across our premium portfolio, ranging from lounge bars, boxes, loges and restaurants

Reporting to the Venue Manager and supervising a team of 8 to 15 Cleaners, this role is responsible for

CLEANING SUPERVISOR - TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR FOOTBALL CLUB £10.20/HOUR

Role Description
Reporting to a Cleaning Supervisor and working as part of a team, this role is
responsible for cleaning an area within a venue. Working hours to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities
• Cleaning tasks include; picking up rubbish, toilet cleaning, detail cleaning, window cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, emptying bins, and sanitising ablution facilities.
• Operate handheld cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, blowers and nipple crushers as instructed, to complete allocated cleaning tasks.
• Use chemical cleaning solvents and consumables as instructed to complete allocated cleaning tasks

NVQ IN SPECTATOR SAFETY AND LEVEL ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Spectator Safety qualifications provide the required knowledge and experience to work as a steward in sports grounds, at music festivals, marches and any other events that require spectator safety. The qualifications fulfil the requirements for stewarding set out by the government in the Green Guide.

This course will also guarantee an interview at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium for stewarding roles.

The course runs for 6 weeks.

Starting Monday, 21 May, 2018

4 days a week, Monday to Thursday, from 10am – 4pm

Applicants must not be in education or employment and must be on benefits.
