Travel information - Spurs vs Man City

Mon 30 January 2023, 14:00|Tottenham Hotspur

Fans attending our home Premier League match against Manchester City on Sunday (kick-off 4.30pm) are advised that there will be no London Overground services between Liverpool Street and Enfield Town, Cheshunt or Chingford stations, due to scheduled track closures. White Hart Lane station will be closed.

Supporters are advised to use Greater Anglia services via Northumberland Park and high-speed Victoria line services via Tottenham Hale to travel to and from central London.

Planned track closures are also taking place on the Metropolitan and Elizabeth lines on Sunday.

The track closure between Stratford and Shenfield will continue at weekends until Sunday 12th March, affecting the Women’s Super League match against Manchester United (Sunday 12th February, 12pm kick-off), and Premier League matches against West Ham United (Sunday 19th February, kick-off 4.30pm), Chelsea (Sunday 26th February, kick-off 1.30pm) and Nottingham Forest (Saturday 11th March, kick-off 3pm).

Big Green Coach is offering an expanded coach services to cover affected areas for these matches, which can be booked below.

Alternative stations

Tottenham Hale

Tottenham Hale is a fully accessible station with access to and between Victoria line and Greater Anglia services. Greater Anglia platforms are fully accessible from the concourse, which has entry and exit ramps.

Supporters using the Victoria line, including wheelchair users and those with limited mobility, are advised to use Tottenham Hale rather than Seven Sisters as it is a shorter journey to and from the stadium.

Northumberland Park

Greater Anglia services will operate six trains per hour in both directions via Northumberland Park throughout the day. Of these, two trains per hour will operate between Liverpool Street and Stansted, Liverpool Street and Cambridge (via Stratford) and Stratford and Hertford East respectively.

Supporters are advised to use Northumberland Park if using Greater Anglia services as it is a shorter distance to the stadium than Tottenham Hale.

Seven Sisters

Victoria line services will be operating every 2-3 minutes in both directions pre and post-match.

Queue management

Queue management systems will be in place at all stations. Supporters are asked to respect and work with staff at our stations.

Shuttle buses

Supporters are reminded that the Club operates two Shuttle Bus services from both Alexandra Palace station (Great Northern Line) and Wood Green station (Piccadilly Line) to the stadium.

Great Northern services to Alexandra Palace will operate four trains per hour throughout the day.

TFL buses

Prior to the match the W3 will follow its normal route but the 149, 259, 279 and 349 services will be diverted away from the High Road at least two hours before the game. Supporters are advised to check for delays due to roadworks before travelling.

Post-match, the TfL bus services will return to normal operation as soon as possible after the local road closures are lifted. More information on road closures can be found below.

Cycling

For supporters wishing to cycle to the stadium, bike stands are available at Tottenham Community Sports Centre and St Francis De Sales School, which are both located on the High Road. Dedicated bicycle parking is also available on-street around the stadium.

Although our Bag Policy still applies, stewards will be briefed regarding cyclists’ need to carry helmets, puncture kits and removable seats into the stadium.

Road closures

Please note, our major event day road closure measures will be in place.
