My Tottenham home debut was in May, 1994, when I saw us play Queens Park Rangers at the Lane in the Premier League.

I had already seen Spurs play twice away, both at Ipswich – a 2-2 draw in September, 1993, and a 3-0 defeat in the FA Cup in January, 1994 – but now I cannot believe it was over 20 years ago that I first visited our stadium! Where has the time gone?

I remember asking my dad, Martin, and my mum, Sue, all season: ‘Can we go to see Tottenham play?' My dad gave in eventually and ordered tickets for us both to watch us play the last game of the 1993-94 season in the Premier League.
