Fri 15 December 2023, 10:30|Tottenham Hotspur

Fans attending our Barclays Women's Super League match against Arsenal at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday (kick-off 12pm) are asked to take note of the following travel information...

TfL track closures

Planned track closures are scheduled on the Docklands Light Railway, between Canning Town and Woolwich Arsenal.

There are also track closures taking place on the London Overground service between Surrey Quays and Clapham Junction.

Stations

Tottenham Hale

Tottenham Hale is a fully accessible station with access to and between Victoria line and Greater Anglia services. Greater Anglia platforms are fully accessible from the concourse, which has entry and exit ramps.

Supporters using the Victoria line, including wheelchair users and those with limited mobility, are advised to use Tottenham Hale rather than Seven Sisters as it is a shorter journey to and from the stadium.

White Hart Lane

Four trains per hour are expected to call at White Hart Lane in both directions throughout the day. All trains will be made up of eight carriages.

Supporters travelling to Liverpool Street post-match are advised to use services from Northumberland Park, which will have greater capacity to those from White Hart Lane and shorter journey times due to making fewer stops.

White Hart Lane is a fully accessible station.

Northumberland Park

Supporters are advised to use Northumberland Park if using Greater Anglia services as it is a shorter distance to the stadium than Tottenham Hale.

Post-match, Northumberland Park services to Liverpool Street have similar capacity to those from White Hart Lane and are faster because they have fewer stops. Eight trains per hour will call at Northumberland Park in both directions, split equally between Liverpool Street to Cambridge, and Stratford to Hertford East services before the match.

After the match there will be 12 trains per hour southbound, with four trains per hour between Northumberland Park and Stratford, and eight trains per hour between Northumberland Park and Liverpool Street.

Supporters are advised to use Northumberland Park if using Greater Anglia services as it is a shorter distance to the stadium than Tottenham Hale.

All train services are shown on www.nationalrail.co.uk.

Seven Sisters

Victoria line services will be operating every 2-3 minutes in both directions pre and post-match.

Pre-match, the Birstall Road diversion route may be in place at Seven Sisters for interchange between the Victoria line and London Overground services to avoid congestion on the northbound platform.

Supporters using the Victoria line, including wheelchair users and those with limited mobility, are advised to use Tottenham Hale rather than Seven Sisters as it is a shorter journey to and from the stadium.

Queue management

Queue management systems will be in place at all stations. Supporters are asked to respect and work with staff at our stations and follow their instructions at all times.

At each station, the support staff provided are in contact with the Station Managers and platform staff who will direct them as to when it is necessary to put in place and release ‘queue holds’. It is therefore essential that you follow their guidance for both your own safety and the safety of those around you.

The Club does not tolerate any form of abuse towards the teams that are located at these transport hubs to assist you on your homeward journeys and reserves the right to take appropriate action against anyone found to be acting in an aggressive and/or abusive manner towards staff.

We thank you for your co-operation.

Shuttle buses

Supporters are reminded that the Club operates a free Shuttle Bus service from Wood Green (Piccadilly Line) and Alexandra Palace (Great Northern) stations to the stadium.

The Great Northern line will operate at five trains per hour each way through Alexandra Palace throughout the day.

TfL buses

Prior to the match the W3 will follow its normal route but the 149, 259, 279 and 349 services will be diverted away from the High Road at least two hours before the game. Supporters are advised to check for delays due to roadworks before travelling.

Post-match, the TfL bus services will return to normal operation as soon as possible after the local road closures are lifted. More information on road closures can be found above.

Cycling

For supporters wishing to cycle to the stadium, bike stands are available at Tottenham Community Sports Centre and St Francis De Sales School, which are both located on the High Road. Dedicated bicycle parking is also available on-street around the stadium.

Although our Bag Policy still applies, stewards will be briefed regarding cyclists’ need to carry helmets, puncture kits and removable seats into the stadium.
