Shape Up With Spurs – part three

Today we bring you the third in our series of video home workouts delivered by our coaches on the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation’s 'Shape Up With Spurs' programme.

With gyms and leisure centres across the country closed and social distancing measures in place, we aim to ensure you can stay fit and active from home.

This week’s session focusses on the abs!

The series of exercises can be done either on a mat or on a chair - no weights required, just movement that will help strengthen your core.

As with the other workouts we have brought you, each should be done on the basis of 40 seconds work, followed by 20 seconds of rest, for however many sets you feel comfortable doing.

Remember to warm-up at the start and cool down after your workout...

'Shape Up With Spurs' is a free programme delivered at community centres within the Tottenham area to promote health and wellbeing amongst local residents.
