One Hotspur membership renewals for the 2020/21 season will open on 11 August 2020 and conclude on 31 August 2020. Please refer to the guide below for assistance with any frequently asked questions you may have.

What are the benefits of One Hotspur membership?
One Hotspur membership offers a diverse range of benefits which we are sure supporters will enjoy.
Aside from ticketing benefits, One Hotspur Members receive a digital gift voucher for the Spurs Shop online (Adult Members and Junior Members aged 16-17) or a gift pack (Junior Members under the age of 16). In addition, membership provides 10% discounts on merchandise (on selected matchdays), Stadium Tours and The Dare Skywalk, as well as access to One Hotspur Moments where you can win a chance to meet the first team.

What's the difference between One Hotspur and One Hotspur +?
One Hotspur + Members receive all the benefits of One Hotspur membership plus additional ticketing priority and a position on the Season Ticket Waiting List.

How much does One Hotspur membership cost?
A one-off fee covers the 2020/21 season. There are six different price levels, with the amount you pay determined by your age. Juniors (under 18) and Seniors (65+) qualify for concessionary pricing. Supporters who pay by direct debit will receive a £5 discount.

At what age will I qualify for Senior concessionary pricing?
Anyone aged 65 or over on 16 August 2020 can pay Senior concessionary pricing for their membership.
For those paying by card, the cost will be £25 for One Hotspur membership or £30 for One Hotspur + membership.
For those paying by direct debit, the cost will be £20 for One Hotspur membership and £25 for One Hotspur + membership.

At what age will I qualify for Junior concessionary pricing?
Anyone under the age of 18 on 16 August 2020 can pay Junior concessionary pricing for their membership.
For those paying by card, the cost will be £25 for One Hotspur membership or £30 for One Hotspur + membership.
For those paying by direct debit, the cost will be £20 for One Hotspur membership and £25 for One Hotspur + membership.

Can I upgrade from One Hotspur to One Hotspur + when I renew?
If you are an existing One Hotspur Member who pays by card, you will have the opportunity to renew as a One Hotspur Member or upgrade to One Hotspur +. You will see this option once you have logged into your account to renew for the 2020/21 season.

If you are an existing One Hotspur Member who pays by direct debit, you will automatically be renewed as One Hotspur Member on a date confirmed to you by email. Upgrades are not possible at this time - however, you will have the opportunity to upgrade to One Hotspur + before full capacity games begin. Please feel free to check back for further updates, which we will communicate as and when they are available.

How long will my membership last for?
All memberships will remain valid for the duration of the 2020/21 season.

Can I use my membership to purchase a match ticket?
When games return to being played at full capacity, Members will receive priority access to match tickets before they go on general sale.
Further information about match tickets will be emailed directly to Members as it becomes available. We would therefore encourage you to make sure that you have an up-to-date email address associated with your account. If you would like to change your email address, please contact us.

Will I receive a gift pack?
All Junior Members aged 15 or under as of 16 August 2020 will receive a gift pack full of Spurs goodies. We would therefore encourage you to check that the correct postal address is registered with each Junior's account.

We have listened to Adult Member feedback and, to improve on the choice of gift you receive and to become even more environmentally-friendly, we will no longer dispatch gift packs to Members who are aged 16 or over (as of 16 August 2020). Instead, we will email a digital gift voucher which can be spent in the Spurs Shop online.

UK members will receive a voucher worth £14.99 (£10 discount plus £4.99 standard UK shipping costs), whilst our international Members will receive a £14.99 voucher not inclusive of P&P costs. These digital gift vouchers can be used towards any purchase in the Spurs Shop online, including the latest Nike training wear of 2020/21 kit. For those who prefer the exclusive membership products which were traditionally sent out in the gift packs, these will be available to buy online using your digital gift voucher. Access to these exclusive One Hotspur products will be restricted to Members only on our website and they will likely be available to purchase from September.

When will I receive my digital gift voucher?
All Members aged 16 or over as of 16 August 2020 will receive a digital gift voucher to spend in the Spurs Shop online. We expect to start emailing these vouchers from the end of September.

What discount do Members receive in Spurs Shops?
Members will receive 10% off everything online and in-store at Spurs Shops on selected matchdays. (This is a separate offering to the digital gift voucher.)
You will receive emails containing details about which matchdays the Member discounts will be available, so we would encourage you to make sure that you have an up-to-date email address associated with your account. If you would like to change your email address, please contact us.

Will I receive a new Stadium Access Card?
Going forward, we shall be utilising our Stadium's technological capabilities to introduce a contactless digital ticketing operation.

This will see all Season Ticket Holders and Members entering the Stadium via their mobile device, rather than their Stadium Access Card or e-ticket. When Members purchase a match ticket, their confirmation email will contain a link to download a pass directly onto their compatible mobile device, which is all they will need to enter the Stadium on a matchday.

Further information about the details of this process will be provided in due course. However, for this reason, we shall no longer be issuing Stadium Access Cards, and all those previously issued will cease to work.

What if I don't want to renew my One Hotspur membership?
One Hotspur membership continues to offer a diverse range of benefits and we very much hope that you will choose to stay with us going forward.
