What is the Fan Engagement Standard?
New for the 2023/24 season
The Premier League’s Fan Engagement Standard, introduced for the 2023/24 season, is designed to ensure long-term meaningful engagement with supporters.
It includes the creation of a Fan Advisory Board (FAB) and the annual publication of Fan Engagement Plans and Fan Engagement Reports.

Plans and Reports
At the start of each season the Club will produce a Fan Engagement Plan outlining key aspects of how it will be engaging with supporters during the forthcoming season. A Fan Engagement Report reviewing the steps we have taken will be published at the end of each season.
