Supporter Representative Profiles

FAB 2025/26

Chris Paouros

Proud Lilywhites

I joined the Fan Advisory Board because I believe fans should be at the heart of everything the Club does. I’ve spent years involved in national fan campaigns, fighting to make sure supporters’ voices are respected and heard, usually through meaningful consultation. The FAB is a chance to bring that principle to Spurs, to ensure decisions are shaped with fans, not just for us. It’s about accountability, transparency and recognising that the Club’s greatest strength is its supporters. By being on the FAB, I want to ensure our voice is heard and embedded in the way Tottenham Hotspur moves forward.

Sachin Patel

Spurs REACH

I joined the Tottenham Hotspur Fan Advisory Board for several inter-related reasons, grounded in my long-standing commitments to fan representation, inclusion and positive change:

- To give fans a direct voice in the Club's non-playing decisions by championing fan representation and transparency.

- To represent under-represented voices and help influence inclusive culture in football/

- To contribute to lasting positive change for future generations of supporters.

Jonny Tindal

Season Ticket Holders of the Men's team (including Premium)

I first became involved in fan work through my passion for atmosphere and supporting Spurs. In 2018, when we moved into the new stadium, I founded the Return of the Shelf movement to address concerns that the atmosphere was flatter than expected. Through that, I began working with the Club and recognised that a large demographic of supporters lacked a proper voice. I want to ensure that the Club always takes supporters’ perspectives into account when making decisions. In today’s world, football clubs are major financial operations, but they must also remain rooted in their cultural heritage and the fans who will always be there, regardless of ownership changes.

Sian Wallis

Season Ticket Holders of the Women's team

I wanted to make sure the fans of the women's team were represented on the FAB and that the women's team was part of strategic thinking across all areas of the Club. Tottenham Women have a rich heritage over the last 40 years, and we need to keep building on that. I have been involved with the Football Supporters' Association Women's Network for several years and believe the experience and knowledge I have gained throughout this, along with my passion for Spurs Women puts me in a good place to represent fans of the women's team at a strategic level.

Chuck Hoffman

International Official Supporters' Clubs

I want to make it as easy as possible to watch Tottenham with your friends everywhere in the world.  I am the chairperson of Austin Spurs.  For me, Austin Spurs is a family and an escape.  Most of my Austin friends are members of Austin Spurs.  Ryan from South Carolina Spurs posed the question to me: ‘How do you make friends when you’re an adult?’  One of the answers is an Official Supporters Club.

If you want to start an Official Supporters Club, send me an email!

Paul Pavlou

Domestic Official Supporters' Clubs

Firstly, I am honoured to have been elected by other Domestic Supporters' Clubs to sit on the Fan Advisory Board. The reason I put my name forward for the FAB is pretty simple, I feel passionately about Official Supporters' Clubs and I want make sure the voice and views of Supporters' clubs are heard and valued on the FAB.

Mark Spencer

SpursAbility

I joined the Fan Advisory Board to be a dedicated advocate for inclusion and accessibility, with a specific focus on our disabled supporters. My commitment is to help ensure every fan is not just welcomed, but actively supported and fully integrated within our club community.

In this role, I aim to serve as a vital bridge between SpursAbility, other supporter groups and the club. My goal is to identify barriers, propose practical solutions and champion the voices of disabled fans to ensure they are heard and respected in decision-making at every level.

Rachel Martin
