Ticketing Charter

Tottenham Hotspur Ticketing Charter

The Tottenham Hotspur Ticketing Charter is designed to establish clarity on the processes and policies for tickets for Men’s First Team matches, commencing with the 2024/25 season.

Published five years after the opening of Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the Charter incorporates updated policies following a comprehensive internal ticketing review process. It also includes suggestions from the Fan Advisory Board, Tottenham Hotspur Supporters' Trust and wider fanbase about aspects of ticketing operations.

The policies outlined in the Charter are inclusive of General Admission and Access purchases. Premium Memberships will continue to be subject to the terms of the Licence Agreements. Ticketing details for the Women’s First Team are subject to separate specific terms.

All policies and processes outlined in the Charter are reflected in the Club’s ticketing terms and conditions and remain subject to these terms.

For the avoidance of doubt, this document is not exhaustive and is not intended to be legally binding in any way. In the event of any conflict between this Ticketing Charter and the Club’s Membership and Ticketing Terms and Conditions, the Club’s Membership and Ticketing Terms and Conditions (available here) shall prevail.

1) Season Tickets

A Season Ticket is a general admission ticket issued by the Club for all Premier League home matches during the season, assigned to a fixed seat within the stadium.

There is a limit of one Season Ticket per supporter and each ticket must be held in the name of an individual.

1.1 Pricing

General Admission Season Ticket (including 1882) renewal prices and timings will be announced no later than 15 March each year, with the payment window open from the time of announcement and closing no earlier than the first working day after the final Premier League game of the season.

No booking fees will apply to the purchase or renewal of Season Tickets.

1.2 Eligibility (Season Ticket Waiting List)

When Season Tickets become available, they will be offered to One Hotspur + Members in Waiting List order.

Purchasing a One Hotspur + Membership automatically assigns a supporter a place on the Season Ticket Waiting List. They will maintain their position and progress up the list by renewing their membership each year. Non-renewal of a supporter’s membership will result in their position on the List being forfeited.

1.3 Season Ticket Delivery

As standard, Season Tickets are issued as a Digital Season Pass via email. This pass should be downloaded to the Season Ticket Holder’s mobile device and will be automatically updated ahead of each game.

If a Season Ticket Holder does not have a mobile device and therefore cannot download their Digital Season Pass, they may apply for a Photo ID Stadium Entry Card instead.

1.4 Renewals

General Admission Season Ticket (including 1882) renewal prices and timings will be announced no later than 15 March each year, with the payment window open from the time of announcement and closing no earlier than the first working day after the final Premier League game of the season.

Supporters will have the option to pay for their Season Ticket up front in full or, alternatively, apply for a Finance agreement which permits payment by instalments, subject to an arrangement fee.

Any Season Ticket not renewed following the closure of the renewals window may be offered for sale to other supporters.

1.5 Seat Utilisation

With huge demand for tickets to our home matches, and in order to maximise access to tickets, we shall continue to monitor the utilisation of Season Tickets throughout the 2024/25 season.

In an effort to increase ticket availability to One Hotspur Members, Season Ticket Holders will be responsible for ensuring that every effort is made for their Season Ticket seat to be occupied at home Premier League fixtures.

As well as attendance in person, a seat will be considered utilised if it is listed for sale on Ticket Exchange or shared with a friend or family member by using Ticket Share or Ticket Upgrade (see Section 6.3).

To be guaranteed a Season Ticket for the 2025/26 season, supporters will need to ensure that their seat has been utilised, as detailed above, for no less than 15 of the 19 home Premier League fixtures. The Club will work with any supporter at risk of not meeting this threshold during the season.

The Club will also be providing an amnesty period during the 2024/25 season for Season Ticket Holders who do not regularly attend matches themselves to transfer the ownership of their seat.

1.6 Relocations

Supporters may apply for a seat relocation during the close season, with priority given to those relocating for medical reasons.

The option to relocate is dependent on the Season Ticket Holder having renewed their existing seat before the renewal deadline. Relocation options will depend on seat availability throughout the stadium, and it is not possible to guarantee the availability of seats at any given price point or in any given area.

2) One Hotspur Membership

As of the 2024/25 season, One Hotspur Membership refers to the Club’s official membership scheme, of which there are three separate tiers:

  • One Hotspur +
  • One Hotspur
  • One Hotspur Connect (non-UK only)

2.1 Ticket Access

The two tiers of membership which offer priority access to tickets as a benefit of membership are:

  • One Hotspur +
  • One Hotspur

One Hotspur Connect memberships do not afford Members any ticketing rights or benefits. One Hotspur Connect members would therefore need to upgrade to One Hotspur or One Hotspur + memberships to access these benefits.

For further information about the purchasing of tickets for One Hotspur Members, see Section 3.3.

2.2 Membership Tiers

At any given time, a supporter may only occupy one tier of membership.

Where a One Hotspur + Member upgrades to a Season Ticket, their membership will automatically be cancelled and refunded.

If a supporter would like to upgrade from One Hotspur to One Hotspur +, they will have the opportunity to do so before the start of each season.

2.3 Membership Periods

One Hotspur + and One Hotspur memberships run on a seasonal basis and expire at the end of the Premier League season, regardless of the date of purchase.

2.4 One Hotspur Membership Renewals

The Club operates an automatic renewal policy for its memberships.

The Club will contact all Members ahead of the renewals window opening to confirm the renewal price and date, and to give supporters the opportunity to cancel the renewal should they wish.

Where a membership renewal is not cancelled, the Club will use a Member’s stored payment details to process their renewal for the coming season. Should the payment collection fail, Members will still have the opportunity to make their renewal payment manually before the deadline. Their membership will only lapse in the event of the renewal payment not being completed before the deadline.

2.5 Ticket Delivery

Digital One Hotspur Passes are issued via email to each Member. This pass should be downloaded to the Member’s mobile device and, unless notified otherwise, their purchased match tickets will be loaded automatically onto this pass.

If a One Hotspur Member does not have a mobile device and therefore cannot download their Digital Pass, they may apply for a Photo ID Stadium Entry Card instead.

2.6 Ticketing Points

For information about the awarding of points to One Hotspur Members, see Section 8.3.

2.7 Cancellation

For full details of membership cancellation options, see Section 4.4.

Where a membership renewal is cancelled, the supporter’s Ticketing Points total will be reset to zero and they will forfeit any position they may have held on the Season Ticket Waiting List.

The supporter will have the option of purchasing a new membership at a later date. However, this will not be considered a renewal and any Ticketing Points accrued in the previous membership period, as well as any former Waiting List position, will not be carried over.

3) Ticket Purchasing

3.1 Match Categories & Pricing

All home Premier League games are assigned categories, with matchday pricing dependent on the category of each fixture. The Club will be retaining the current pricing category split for Premier League matches for the 2024/25 season, with the Club to determine which teams are placed in which category ahead of the start of the season:

  • Category A - 6 teams
  • Category B - 9 teams
  • Category C - 4 teams

On-sale dates for Premier League Match tickets will be spread throughout the season in distinct sales windows, at least 28 days apart, to allow supporters to plan their attendance in advance, stagger payment dates and facilitate financial accessibility. Each window will comprise of ticket sales for two or three matches.

This process limits the time supporters are required to dedicate to purchasing tickets and the need to track multiple windows and on-sale dates.

The Club will confirm matchday pricing and the categorisation of each fixture once the Premier League fixture list for the following season has been confirmed and there is clarity on who our league opposition will be.

Home fixtures in all domestic Cup competitions will continue to be priced competitively, focusing on attracting new generations of fans to support the team at the stadium, with prices for the 2024/25 season to be published on the Club’s website at the start of the season.

3.2 Match Ticket Purchasing – Season Ticket Holders

General Admission Season Tickets are inclusive of all 19 home Premier League games played in a season. (1882 Season Tickets also include domestic home Cup ties.)

As standard, Season Ticket Holders will only be able to purchase additional tickets for a Premier League game in the event that the desired fixture reaches Guest Sale or General Sale. However, should a Season Ticket Holder successfully sell their seat on the Ticket Exchange for a particular game, they will have the ability to purchase an alternative ticket for that fixture if they are subsequently able to attend.

For home Cup games, Season Ticket Holders will be given the option to purchase their usual seat*. (Exceptions may apply if their seat is unavailable due to operational reasons.)  Should the Season Ticket Holder not purchase in this window, they will have the option to purchase an alternative ticket in any subsequent sales window. They will be able to purchase additional tickets, subject to availability, in the event that the Cup fixture reaches Guest Sale or General Sale.

*Domestic home Cup ties are included in 1882 Season Tickets, so 1882 Season Ticket Holders are not required to make a purchase for these fixtures.

3.3 Match Ticket Purchasing - One Hotspur Members

For all Premier League fixtures, unless otherwise stated, there will be two priority ticket on-sale windows. One Hotspur + Members will have access to both windows while One Hotspur Members will have access to the second of the two windows. All tickets purchased during the Member priority windows will be subject to a booking fee per ticket.

During the two priority windows, unless otherwise stated, Members will have the opportunity to purchase one ticket per fixture per membership. Where multiple tickets are desired, supporters must each have an active membership and, where seeking to purchase together, be members of each other’s networks.

The Ticket Exchange platform will open for purchases, at the Club’s discretion, following the completion of the on-sale process to Members and once tickets available from the Club have sold out, allowing earlier access to tickets for Members who were unsuccessful in the initial on-sale process.

In the event of additional security measures being requested by the relevant authorities for a specific fixture, the purchasing of tickets for that game may be additionally dependent on the Member’s account creation date.

3.4 Match Ticket Purchasing – Non-Members

If a supporter is not a Season Ticket Holder or a One Hotspur Member, they will be eligible to purchase tickets in the event that a fixture reaches General Sale.

3.5 Ticket Touting

The Club is committed to continuing its ongoing efforts to clamp down on ticket touting, with a zero-tolerance approach taken against any membership accounts found to have sold, or attempted to sell, tickets via unofficial channels. This will include the continued development of our technology, targeted purchasing from unofficial sellers and working with all relevant authorities to push for wider campaigns against black market ticket sales that prevent genuine supporters from accessing tickets.

With the changes being introduced to Ticket Exchange and Ticket Share, as outlined within the Charter, to give wider access for fans to distribute tickets they are unable to use legitimately from the 2024/25 season, there is no valid reason for any Season Ticket Holder or One Hotspur Member to attempt to sell a ticket via unofficial channels. We shall take the strongest possible action against anyone found to have sold tickets on unofficially, in accordance with our Sanctions and Banning policy.

Supporters are strongly advised not to purchase tickets from any unofficial websites or social media platforms. A non-exhaustive list of unauthorised sellers can be found on Ask Spurs

3.6 Exemptions

Any person who is subject to a suspension or ban from the Club will be prohibited from purchasing Match Tickets during any on-sale window or via the Club’s Ticket Exchange platform. They will also be prohibited from receiving a match ticket via the Ticket Share platform.

4) Refund Policy

4.1 Season Ticket Refunds

If a supporter would no longer like to be a Season Ticket Holder after renewing for the next season, they may request a refund in writing prior to the start of the season and a refund will be issued.

Once a supporter’s Season Ticket has been cancelled, they will no longer be considered a Season Ticket Holder. Should they wish to purchase a Season Ticket again in future, they will be required to purchase a One Hotspur + Membership and re-join the Season Ticket Waiting List.

If a Season Ticket Holder cannot attend a specific match included in their Season Ticket, they may use the Ticket Share platform or, where applicable, the Ticket Upgrade platform to forward their ticket. Alternatively, they may also use the Ticket Exchange platform to list their ticket for resale at the prevailing face value.

4.2 Match Ticket Refunds

If a supporter is no longer able to attend a game for which they have purchased a standard, General Admission match ticket, they may submit a ticket cancellation request in writing no later than 7 days before the fixture is due to be played. Exceptions apply where tickets have been purchased via the Ticket Exchange. See Section 4.3 for full details.

Where sufficient notice is provided, the Club will refund the cost of the match ticket to the supporter’s original payment card, excluding any associated booking fees.

The Club will not be able to consider any cancellation requests submitted within 7 days of the game.

4.3 Ticket Exchange Refund Policy

Where a ticket is purchased via the Ticket Exchange, funds are immediately credited to the account of the supporter whose seat has been purchased.

For this reason, tickets purchased via the Club’s Ticket Exchange are strictly non-refundable. Additionally, it is not possible for tickets purchased on the Ticket Exchange to subsequently be re-listed.

4.4 Membership Refunds

The Club will contact all One Hotspur Members ahead of the renewals window opening to confirm the renewal price and date, and to give supporters the opportunity to cancel the renewal should they wish.

Where a membership renewal is cancelled, no attempt at payment shall be made and the membership will lapse.

Members may also request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase, providing they have not used any of the benefits of their membership.

5) Ticket Exchange

The Ticket Exchange is the Club’s official online resale platform, providing supporters with the opportunity to list their seat for resale to other supporters.

The Ticket Exchange is the only platform through which ticket resales are permitted. Listings are priced at the prevailing face value for the fixture and are subject to a booking fee which is included in the cost of each ticket.

5.1 Ticket Exchange Opening

Season Ticket Holders will be able to list their seat for any of the 19 home Premier League games, at the Club’s discretion, from the start of the season.

The platform will open for purchases, also at the Club’s discretion, following the completion of the on-sale process to Members and once tickets available from the Club have sold out, allowing earlier access to tickets for Members who were unsuccessful in the initial on-sale process.

Having taken on board fan feedback, should a fixture’s kick-off date or time be moved due to Premier League television broadcast selections, One Hotspur Members who have purchased a match ticket from the Club during the initial sale will have their own designated 48-hour window to list their ticket on the Ticket Exchange following any sold-out fixture amendment. Alternatively, they may request a refund for non-Ticket Exchange purchases provided 7 days’ notice is given.

It is not possible for Members to list tickets outside the designated 48-hour window, and any tickets purchased on the Ticket Exchange are strictly non-refundable and cannot be re-listed.

The Ticket Exchange platform will remain open until two hours before kick-off for each fixture.

5.2 Cup Games

The Club will communicate on a game-by-game basis whether the Ticket Exchange platform will be in operation for Cup games.

5.3 Purchasing after Selling (Season Ticket Holders)

Should a Season Ticket Holder successfully sell their seat on the Ticket Exchange for a particular game, they will have the ability to purchase an alternative ticket for that fixture on the Exchange if they are subsequently able to attend.

5.4 Concessions

Concession pricing does not apply to Ticket Exchange listings.

5.5 Cancelling Listings

Where a Ticket Exchange listing has not yet been purchased, a supporter may choose to cancel their listing. In this case, the ticket will remain loaded onto their Digital Pass for them to use as normal. This also applies if a ticket listing is not purchased by the time the Ticket Exchange closes for a fixture.

5.6 Account Credit

Where a supporter’s seat has sold on the Ticket Exchange, their e-ticketing account will be credited for the prevailing face value.

The supporter may leave this in their account to use towards a future Season Ticket renewal, or alternatively may submit a cashback request to a UK bank account. Supporters with international bank accounts may contact the Club directly to discuss refund options.

A full list of cashback dates will be published on Ask Spurs at the start of each season.

Account credit cannot be applied towards One Hotspur membership renewals or match ticket purchases.

5.7 Refund Policy

Tickets purchased via the Ticket Exchange are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

6) Ticket Share

The Ticket Share platform provides Season Ticket Holders with the option to gift a ticket for their designated seat to a friend or family member within their network.

Ticket Share is the only platform through which the transferring of match tickets is permitted.

6.1 Ticket Share Opening

Ticket Share will open before the start of the season for all Premier League games and remain open until the last home game of the Premier League season, allowing Season Ticket Holders to plan attendance in advance.

As all fixtures remain subject to change, especially when broadcast selections have not yet been announced, Season Ticket Holders are strongly encouraged not to share their ticket until they are certain that they are unable to attend a specific match.

6.2 Cup Games

The Club will communicate on a game-by-game basis whether the Ticket Share platform will be in operation for Cup games.

6.3 Concessions/Ticket Upgrade

Season Ticket Holders who currently receive a concessionary discount and are unable to attend a home fixture may use Ticket Share to send their ticket to a friend or family member who also qualifies for a reduced-price ticket.

Alternatively, from the start of the 2024/25 season, Ticket Upgrade will allow concessionary Season Ticket Holders to send their tickets to an Adult supporter, who will then be able to upgrade the seat to a full Adult price by paying the difference to the Club when they accept the ticket.

6.4 Cancelling A Forwarded Ticket

Where a forwarded ticket has not been accepted by the intended recipient, Season Ticket Holders will be able to cancel the forwarded ticket. Once cancelled, the ticket will remain loaded onto their Digital Season Pass for them to use as normal.

Where a gifted ticket has already been accepted by the intended recipient, it is not possible to reverse this process. Season Ticket Holders are therefore strongly advised not to share their ticket until they are certain that they are unable to attend a specific match.

6.5 Ticket Acceptance

Recipients must accept their gifted ticket in order to complete the Ticket Share process. The gifted ticket will only be issued to the recipient once it has been accepted via their online account. Where a ticket has been sent via Ticket Upgrade, the Adult recipient will also be required to upgrade the seat to a full Adult price by paying the difference to the Club in order to complete the ticket acceptance process.

For any given fixture, Ticket Share will remain open until kick-off to provide recipients with the maximum amount of time to accept the ticket that has been gifted to them.

If a ticket has not been accepted by kick-off, it will remain loaded on the original Season Ticket Holder’s pass.

7) Concessions

7.1 Concession Categories and Ages

There are three distinct concession categories. Supporters of the following ages, as of the first day of the Premier League season, will qualify for concessionary pricing in designated areas subject to availability:

  • Junior – Under 18
  • Young Adult – 18-21
  • Senior – Over 65*

*From Season 2025/26 the qualifying age for a Senior concession will come into line with the State Pension Age (SPA), i.e. 66 years, and will rise in line with future changes.

Areas of the stadium which qualify for concessions will be confirmed in the Season Ticket and Match Ticket pricing information released by the Club prior to the start of the season.

7.2 Concession Rates

For the 2024/25 season, where available, concession discounts on Season Tickets and Match Tickets will apply at the following rates:

Junior

50%

Young Adult

25%

Senior

50%*

*The allocation of Senior concession matchday tickets will have a 25% discount applied from Season 2025/26, in line with Young Adults. Matchday Junior concessions will continue to be discounted by 50%.

*All Senior concession Season Tickets will be phased to a 45% discount in Season 2025/26, to a 40% discount in Season 2026/27, to a 35% discount in Season 2027/28, a 30% discount in Season 2028/29 and a 25% discount in 2029/30, bringing it in line with matchday Senior concessions and Young Adults. Junior concession Season Tickets will remain at 50%.

7.3 Concession Availability – Season Tickets

Concession pricing is applicable, subject to availability, to supporters of qualifying ages in designated areas of the stadium.

From the 2025/26 season, no new Senior concession Season Tickets will be made available – however, matchday Senior concession tickets will remain available.

Existing Season Ticket Holders that currently sit in an area where concessions apply, and who become eligible for a Senior Season Ticket for the 2024/25 season, will still qualify for a Senior concession at a discounted rate of 50% for the 2024/25 season – this applies only to those currently sat within a concession area. This discount will be phased down to 25% by the 2029/30 season (see Section 7.2).

Junior and Young Adult concession Season Tickets will remain subject to the availability of seats in blocks that are eligible for concession pricing.

7.4 Concession Availability – Matchday Tickets

Concession pricing is applicable, subject to availability, to supporters of qualifying ages in designated areas of the stadium.

7.5 Concessions in Safe Standing Areas

Where a block that is eligible for concessions includes a Safe Standing area, no Junior concession price shall be offered due to Safe Standing areas not being deemed suitable for children.

8) Ticketing Points

The Club operates a Ticketing Point system whereby supporters are awarded points for the purchase of Season Tickets/memberships. Additional points may be earned for attendance at games.

Where the Club receives a limited allocation of tickets for certain types of fixture, including but not limited to Away games and Cup semi-finals and finals where applicable, tickets may be distributed to supporters on a ticketing point basis, with priority being given to applicants with the highest number of points.

Ticketing Points are strictly non-transferable.

8.1 The Five-Year System

The Club’s ticketing point system runs on a rolling five-year basis. At any given time, a supporter’s points total will consist of the number of points they have accrued over the most recent four seasons as well as the current campaign.

Exceptions may apply where supporters have upgraded to a different membership tier, discontinued their membership, or where points are not accrued as normal in any particular season.

8.2 Season Ticket Holders

As of the 2024/25 season, Season Ticket Holders are awarded 30 points for the renewal of their Season Ticket each year. Where a Season Ticket Holder has also opted into the Automatic Cup Ticket Scheme, an additional 10 points will be awarded per season.

Season Ticket Holders do not earn additional points for attendance at games included in their Season Ticket. However, where they purchase tickets for fixtures which are not included, including Cup games and Away games, points will be awarded following confirmation of their attendance.

No additional points are awarded for the purchase of Guest tickets.

8.3 One Hotspur Members

Ticketing Points are awarded for the purchase or renewal of a One Hotspur Member’s membership each season. The number of Ticketing Points awarded is dependent on the tier of membership renewed. As of the 2024/25 season, the points awarded for the purchase/renewal of memberships which provide ticketing benefits are as follows:

Membership Tier

Points awarded for purchasing/renewing

One Hotspur +

15

One Hotspur

10

One Hotspur Members are also awarded Ticketing Points for attendance at games for which they have purchased tickets.

For points to be awarded successfully, the ticket must be assigned to the Member and scanned at the turnstiles. Points will not be awarded where a ticket has not been used or has not been assigned correctly.

Points will be added to the accounts of all qualifying supporters no later than 2 weeks after a game has been played.

No additional points are awarded for the purchase of Guest tickets.

8.4 Ticketing Point Queries

Ticketing Point queries must be raised in the season in which the points were due to be awarded. The Club is unable to consider queries relating to points accrued in previous years.

8.5 Ticketing Point Table

The Club’s Ticketing Point Table provides an overview of Season Ticket Holder Ticketing Point totals.

The table is updated once per month during the season.

9) Home Cup Matches

A Cup Match refers to any competitive football match played at the stadium during the season by the Club’s Men’s First Team in a domestic cup competition or UEFA competition.

9.1 Ticketing

Cup match tickets are not included in General Admission Season Tickets, except for 1882 Season Tickets which include all domestic home Cup ties. Season Ticket Holders wishing to attend any given Cup game must therefore purchase a ticket either via the Automatic Cup Scheme or via a dedicated sales window.

1882 Season Tickets include all domestic home Cup matches but do not include any European home Cup matches. 1882 Season Ticket Holders are therefore not required to purchase tickets for domestic home Cup fixtures.

9.2 Pricing

Tickets for Cup matches, by definition, do not sit within the Premier League match categorisations announced at the start of each season.

Home fixtures in all domestic Cup competitions will continue to be priced competitively, focusing on attracting new generations of fans to support the team at the stadium, with prices for the 2024/25 season to be published on the Club’s website at the start of the season.

Pricing for home fixtures in European competitions will be reviewed annually and determined by the specific competition in which the Club is playing.

9.3 Ticket Exchange

The Club will communicate on a game-by-game basis whether the Ticket Exchange platform will be in operation for Cup games.

9.4 Ticket Share

The Club will communicate on a game-by-game basis whether the Ticket Share platform will be in operation for Cup games.

9.5 Automatic Cup Scheme

The Automatic Cup Scheme provides Season Ticket Holders with the option of committing to purchase their usual seat for all home Cup games at the start of the season, meaning they do not need to log in and book on a match-by-match basis.

By joining the scheme, a Season Ticket Holder commits to purchasing a ticket for every home Cup match using the payment details provided when registering. If a Season Ticket Holder’s usual seat is not available, there will be an opportunity to manually purchase an alternative seat during a dedicated sales window. It is not possible to opt out of the scheme for a particular match for any reason.

As of the 2024/25 season, Season Ticket Holders who are registered on the scheme will receive an additional 10 Ticketing Points per season for which they are registered.

10) Away Match Tickets and Away Season Tickets

An Away Match Ticket means a printed paper ticket or Digital Ticket (as applicable) which allows the assigned holder to gain entry into the Away Match stipulated on the face of the ticket.

An Away Season Ticket means a ticket issued by the Club for all Away Matches in the League. Due to the extreme demand for Away tickets, no new Away Season Tickets will be issued until further notice.

10.1 Ticket Allocation

When an Away Match ticket allocation is received by the Club, supporters wishing to attend may submit an application via the Club’s e-ticketing website before a confirmed deadline. The deadline will be communicated when the fixture details are announced, and applications cannot be submitted once the deadline has passed.

Applications for tickets will open first to Season Ticket Holders. Applications will open to One Hotspur + and One Hotspur Members only if any tickets remain after tickets have been allocated to Season Ticket Holders.

Where the number of ticket applicants exceeds the Club’s ticket allocation, tickets will be allocated in line with the Club’s five-year cycle of Ticketing Points.

Across the season, 80% of the away allocation is given to General Admission Season Ticket Holders, including those on our Access scheme, with the remaining 20% allocated to Premium Members, players’ families, Club staff and partners. Any tickets returned from the 20% will then be allocated to initially unsuccessful General Admission applicants in order of Ticketing Points.

All recipients of Away Tickets will continue to be obligated to comply with Ticketing Policies.

10.2 Ticket Pricing

Adult tickets for all Premier League away matches are priced at £30 per ticket.

Age-related concessions also apply to Premier League away match tickets, with details about prices and qualifying ages announced via the Club’s communications channels on a game-by-game basis once confirmed by the home Club.

In accordance with Premier League rules, the host club’s ticketing policy should allow for a reasonable reduction in the price of tickets for seats with a restricted view of the goal.

10.3 Ticket Delivery

Away match tickets will be issued either as paper tickets or as Digital Tickets. Supporters will be advised at the point of application the format in which the tickets will be issued. However, to ensure the integrity of the allocation process is maintained, we shall encourage the use of digital away tickets at opposition stadiums wherever possible and increase the frequency of ticket audits, including in-person collection where appropriate.

Any supporters unable to use Digital Tickets when attending an Away match may be required to collect a physical paper ticket in person at the fixture venue.

10.4 Ticket Usage

Away Match tickets are strictly non-transferable and must be used by the supporter to whom they have been assigned. Any supporter found to have sold or passed their Away match ticket to another individual will be subject to sanctions under the Club’s Sanctions and Banning Policy.

Where a supporter is allocated a ticket and is no longer able to attend, they are not permitted to pass the ticket on but may return the ticket to the Club to request a refund and reallocation no later than 72 hours before the fixture.

Upon receipt of a returned ticket, the Club will make best endeavours to reallocate the ticket to another eligible supporter. A refund will be issued to the original ticket holder upon successful receipt and reallocation of the ticket.

10.5 Away Season Tickets

The price of the Away Season Ticket will be based on 21 Away Matches. No booking fees are applicable.

Due to the extreme demand for Away tickets, no new Away Season Tickets will be issued until further notice.
