Jerome has worked for the club for several years starting out on the Club’s apprentice scheme and excelling from there. Jerome has worked on various programmes for the Club both on Domestic and International Player Development Programmes. He has worked with both male and female players in the USA, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland and has also provided support on Coach Education to local coaches within those regions.
