About our programme
What we do
Delivered by our team of Global Football Development coaches, our programme brings football-themed, curriculum-based sessions directly to primary schools and grassroots football clubs. These sessions are designed to spark pupils’ imagination, provide an authentic and innovative learning experience, as well as supporting the teachers and coaches we work with.
Our purpose
Next Gen Spurs is designed to enhance players’ and students’ knowledge, competency, and confidence through our Global Football Development philosophy. Rooted in the coaching methodology of the Club’s men’s and women’s academies, our approach inspires learning and progression at every level.
We are committed to creating opportunities for all players to grow and excel through our Evening and Holiday Player Development Programmes. These initiatives are key components of our player pathways, supporting progression from grassroots football to elite performance environments.
Your colleagues have worked with us exceptionally well and in particular understanding the complexities of our timetable on the particular day that they have been with us.
