Aaron Maguire

Goalkeeper Aaron Maguire was born at Whipps Cross Hospital and was brought up in Chingford.

A former pupil at Highams Park School, he has represented England and the Republic of Ireland at youth level.

Away from football, Aaron plays the piano and is a keen tennis player.

During the 2020/21 season, Aaron was one of four goalkeepers competing for the gloves in our Under-18s squad, but had earned five appearances in the Under-18 Premier League by the end of that campaign.

He missed the first half of the 2021/22 campaign through injury but returned to make seven more appearances in the Under-18 Premier League during the second part of that season.

In July, 2022, Aaron signed his first professional contract with the Club and marked his first appearance at Under-21 level with some fine saves and a clean sheet in a goalless draw at Manchester City in the Premier League 2 the following month.
