Dear One Hotspur Members (OHM),

As your elected Fan Advisory Board (FAB) representative, I wanted to take this chance to thank you for your support and emails of suggestions to take forward to the Club. Please find the minutes from our most recent meeting with the Club, on Tuesday 12 December, HERE...

Having completed our induction with Club staff and the first three FAB meetings, we are pleased that there is now regular fan representation in discussions with the club.

Topics covered include the re-introduction of the historic Bill Nicholson Gates, increasing the Club’s engagement with our Official Supporters’ Clubs (of which many of you belong to) and meeting with the full Board to discuss the Club’s strategic vision and Ticketing charter.

As a collective the FAB expressed our strong opposition to the matchday ticket price rise in July and have since had input into the Ticketing review being undertaken by the Club, including around the possibility for concession pricing becoming available on Ticket Exchange - something we know is particular important to our Members.

With regards to ticket availability on the Exchange, I have personally had the opportunity to discuss this with the Head of Ticketing and Memberships. I was informed that there was only one match last season (the North London derby) for which there were no tickets still available on the Exchange up until the day of the match. In most cases, tickets are constantly being added to the Exchange up to kick off, however they can often be hard for Members to find so we have been discussing various methods to improve this, such as opening the Exchange the day immediately after the OHM sale.

With so many tickets sold via the Exchange and matches so often rescheduled, it is key that we make it as user-friendly as possible to not only purchase but also resell or share any surplus tickets.

I can also update that I have requested for the Club to start making live Academy matches on SPURSPLAY free-to-air for Members and Season Ticket Holders so that fans are able to watch the next generation of players in action - this is in discussion for next season.

Moving forwards, we will send a quarterly update post our FAB meetings with the Club (next one scheduled for February 2024). We were very grateful to those of you who responded to the recent OHM survey and look forward to reviewing the results.
