Women’s Under-16s set for PGA Plate Final

Our Women’s Under-16s will face Leicester City in the final of the Professional Game Academy (PGA) Plate Final on Sunday.

Reaching the final of this competition for the first time, the showpiece event for our youngsters will take place at Wheatsheaf Park in Staines, London, with kick-off at 11am.

Having won the PGA Champions Trophy last term, beating Blackburn Rovers 6-2 in the final, our young side have another chance to secure silverware in as many seasons.

Stella Calderhead’s side booked their spot in the final after a 2-0 victory over Newcastle United last month, having previously overcome Bristol City in a penalty shootout at the quarter-final stage.

Supporters will have the opportunity to watch the next generation of our players at Wheatsheaf Park. There’s no admission charge – so why not come down and support our youngsters!
