We are delighted to announce that Olivia Holdt has signed a new, long-term contract with the Club.

Having joined from Swedish side FC Rosengard in January, 2025, the Denmark international has been an influential part of our campaign to date in the Women’s Super League, delivering 12 goal contributions in 23 appearances in all competitions.

Olivia said: “I’m very, very happy to be staying at the Club. I feel very content every day, and I’m just excited for the future.

“I feel like I’m in a really good place in my career, I’m in a good environment where I can develop every day in training with amazing staff and teammates that help to push me.”

Our Head Coach Martin Ho said: “I’m absolutely delighted that Olivia has committed her future to Spurs, for us as a team, for how we want to play, and the way we want the team to look.

“Her personality on and off the pitch is infectious, and I feel she has even more levels in her. We just need to give her the environment and the coaching to enable herself to see that, feel that, and have the confidence to do that.

“It's a statement for us to have her extend with the Club. Olivia’s creativity, her personality, and intuition as an individual will add components to our attacking play. I'm delighted she has decided to stay because I feel we can contribute to her future ambitions and she can contribute to our ambitions as a Club.”

Olivia arrived in north London after helping FC Rosengard to the Damallsvenskan title in 2024, scoring 13 goals in 18 appearances for Malmo-based side. The 24-year-old midfielder made an instant impact in our colours as she stepped off the bench in the closing stages of our WSL clash at Crystal Palace in January for her debut, curling home a free-kick in the fifth minute of stoppage time to earn us a 3-2 win.

Always looking to provide excitement on the pitch with her footwork, Oli went on to make 12 appearances in total for half of the 2024/25 campaign. Now after a full pre-season with the Club, she has been a standout performer throughout the whole of the WSL, showcasing her goalscoring abilities – being shortlisted twice for the WSL’s Goal of the Month this campaign.

Opening her account for the season in our home clash with Manchester City in September, 2025, with a fantastic strike from distance, the playmaker has netted a further seven times in all competitions while providing four assists, with her performances also being recognised away from the Club, where she has received two WSL Player of the Month nominations so far this term.

She has also been shining on the international stage for Denmark recently. Earlier this month, Oli netted an important equaliser just minutes after coming off the bench to secure a 1-1 draw with Italy in their 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifier.
