“She always looks to nutmeg someone” - the inside scoop with Ella Morris

Appearing first and exclusively in this season’s official matchday programme, we asked our players to give us the inside scoop on their team-mates at Hotspur Way.

Full-back Ella Morris, who recently penned a new, long-term contract with the Club this month as she continues her recovery from an anterior cruciate ligament injury, was next up to answer the questions as she reveals which of her team-mates is always on social media and who she wouldn’t choose to cook her a meal.

Biggest Joker?

Ella: “Kit [Graham]. She’s always joking around in the dressing room and just has those quick one-liners.”

Best dressed and worst dressed?

Ella: “I would go with Molly [Bartrip] as I feel she’s just very well dressed every day. I would actually class myself as the worst dressed, which I don’t really care about either. I will just show up in anything and not give it much thought.”

Best and worst dancer?

Ella: “Once again, I would choose myself as the worst dancer – and I think many would agree with me. For the best, it would definitely be Jess [Naz] as she enjoys her TikToks.”

Most Skilful?

Ella: “It wouldn’t be for using the most outrageous skills, but it would be Olivia [Holdt] for just how she turns her defender with ease.”

Most likely to be manager?

Ella: “Bethany [England] as I did my UEFA B coaching course with her and she was just exceptional with that.”

Who the most active on social media?

Ella: “Charli [Grant]. I’m pretty sure I see a post from her every day.”

The tough nut?

Ella: “I would go with Clare [Hunt]. She can take a battle out on the pitch.”

The nutmeg queen?

Ella: “Oh, that has to be Matilda [Vinberg]. I’m fairly sure, in every training session, she always looks to nutmeg someone.”

Who would you want to be stranded on a desert island with?

Ella: “We did personality tests a while back, which I paired up well with Martha [Thomas] on, so I would probably choose her as we would think in quite a similar way. I wouldn’t want to be stranded with Drew [Spence] as I just feel she will be too calm for me.”

Which player would you invite on to a quiz show?

Ella: “If I just want to have a laugh on the show, I will bring along Eleanor [Heeps] but just because she would be clueless the whole time.”

Who’s the worst at replying in the group chat?

Ella: “Eveliina [Summanen]. I don’t think I have seen her reply in the group chat.”

Who would make the worst chef?

Ella: “There’s far too many in team that I could choose. Maybe has to be Cathinka [Tandberg].”
