We’re back on the road in the Barclays Women’s Super League for the first time in 2026 as we take on Liverpool at St Helens Stadium.

Here’s everything you need to know ahead of our meeting with the Reds…

What time does the match start?

Kick-off is at 11.55am on Merseyside.

How can I watch the game?

Supporters in the UK will be able to watch the game live on Sky Sports+ and WSL’s YouTube channel.

If you’re following us from overseas, check out here to see if the game is live in your area.

As always, our Match Centre here on tottenhamhotspur.com and the Spurs Official app will bring you full live text throughout the game, keeping you fully up-to-date with the action as it happens.

Video highlights will be available on club channels 10 minutes the full-time whistle, alongside all the post-match reactions.

What is the team news?

Martin Ho confirmed that Cathinka Tandberg and Olga Ahtinen are in contention for this weekend’s trip to Liverpool.

Defender Charlotte Grant remains sidelined but is getting closer to a return to team training.

Long-term absentees Jess Naz, Maite Oroz, Luana Buhler and Ella remain out.

As for Liverpool, they will be without new signing Anna Josendal for the encounter at St Helens Stadium.

Beata Olsson and Leanne Kiernan are also expected to miss the fixture having been absent in recent weeks for the Reds.

Martha Thomas will be ineligible to feature for Gareth Taylor’s side, having joined Liverpool on loan from us earlier this month.

Who is the referee?

Sophie Dennington will referee the game, assisted by Jon Ashworth-Sears and Leoni Harland.

The fourth official will be Megan Wilson.

Which kit colours will the teams be wearing?

Liverpool will wear their usual all-red strip for the clash on Merseyside.

For the first time since London City Lionesses away in November, we’ll be wearing our all-yellow third kit.

Liverpool’s goalkeeper will be in black, with ours in blue.

What will the weather be like?

It’s expected to be a wet start in the morning with spells of light rain. Temperatures expected to be around seven degrees at kick-off at St Helens Stadium.
