Thomas Frank has revealed that Pedro Porro is out of our UEFA Champions League clash against Eintracht Frankfurt and faces a spell on the sidelines with a hamstring injury.
The full-back picked up the problem in the first half of our 2-2 draw at Burnley in the Premier League on Saturday where he was withdrawn at half-time, replaced by Destiny Udogie.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference at Eintracht Frankfurt's Deutsche Bank Park on Tuesday evening, ahead of our MD8 clash in the UCL on Wednesday night (8pm), Thomas reported: "Pedro hasn't travelled, unfortunately he’s picked up a hamstring injury, so he’ll be out for four weeks."
Micky van de Ven also hasn't made the trip to Germany with a 'minor issue' - Thomas said he could be in contention to face Manchester City on Sunday - meaning including ineligible players, we're without 14 senior players for this key match - victory books our place in the Round of 16.
