UEFA Youth League draw | Who could we face?

Wed 10 December 2025, 22:20|Tottenham Hotspur

The draw for the UEFA Youth League round of 32 takes place on Friday at 2.30pm UK time.

The next stage of the Under-19 competition sees the top 22 teams from the league stage – which mirrored that of the senior UEFA Champions League for the first six matchdays – joined by 10 more clubs from the domestic champions pathway.

The top six finishers in the league phase will be drawn at home in one-legged ties to the teams that ended up 17th to 22nd.

Clubs that finished seventh to 16th – including us – will be away to one of the 10 sides coming from the domestic champions pathway, again in one-legged matches.

We finished ninth overall, winning four of our six league stage games, with our stunning 9-1 home victory over Slavia Prague on Tuesday meaning we’re the competition’s top scorers with 28 goals to date.

Wayne Burnett’s side will therefore be drawn away to one of AZ Alkmaar, Dinamo-Minsk, Dynamo Kyiv, HJK Helsinki, Legia Warszawa, Köln, Maccabi Haifa, Puskás Akadémia, Real Betis or Žilina.

Round of 32 ties are scheduled to be played on 3 or 4 February, 2026.

The competition concludes as a four-team tournament in Nyon, Switzerland in April.
