Kulusevski your Player of the Match after win over Blades

Dejan Kulusevski has claimed our supporters' HSBC Player of the Match after hitting a brace in our final day win over Sheffield United.

Finding the target against the Blades for the third time this campaign, it was Deki's second such prize of the campaign as he claimed 64 per cent of the vote in an exclusive poll on our official app straight after the game.

Brought back into the starting XI for the final day clash at Bramall Lane, the attacking outlet struck for his  seventh and eighth goals of the campaign - goals which marked 2023/24 as his best-ever goalscoring season for us - as we secured Europa League football in South Yorkshire.

Needing just a point to cement fifth place in the Premier League, Dejan helped settle any potential nerves agains the Blades as he produced a clinical finish with 14 minutes on the clock to put us ahead.

Then, after Pedro Porro produced another rip roaring effort - which are certainly becoming something of a trademark for the defender - to double our advantage, Dejan added his second to record his second ever brace for us - both of which have come on the final day of a Premier League season.
