Supporters making the trip to Birmingham for our Premier League fixture against Aston Villa at Villa Park on Sunday should be aware of the following information...

A reminder that we kick-off at 1pm, with gates opening at 11.30am.

Aston Villa’s guide for visiting supporters can be found here.

Supporters are asked to take particular note of the information regarding the unauthorised use of tickets, which can be found below. Supporters without tickets should not travel to the stadium.

Getting to Villa Park

Train

Supporters travelling by train are advised that Witton Station, which offers step free access to platforms, is the nearest to Villa Park and can be reached by regular services from Birmingham New Street. Four trains per hour will operate between Birmingham New Street station and Witton station on the day.

Make sure to check timetables and plan your route before you travel. Check the disruptions page here to make sure you leave more time for your journey.

Bus

Supporters travelling from Birmingham New Street station to Aston and Witton station should use the Number 7 Bus from the City Centre to Witton Square, which takes 15 minutes, with four buses running per hour. Witton Square is a short walk from the stadium.

Car

Supporters travelling by road are advised to book parking using the following links:

Aston Villa v Tottenham Hotspur | Aston Villa Parking

Countrywide Management Solutions | Villa Park Car Parking | Birmingham, UK

The two parking sites available are a 10-minute walk from the stadium.

Road closures will be in operation around the stadium from 11am until approximately 3.45pm and a residents' parking zone is also in operation, so supporters are advised not to attempt to park in residential areas.

Entering the stadium

The visitors’ section is located across two tiers in the north east corner of the stadium - the Doug Ellis Stand. Block Q is in the lower tier and can be accessed via turnstiles Q91-Q96. Block P is in the upper tier and can be accessed via turnstiles P87-P89 and 64 steps that will take supporters to the upper concourse. Supporters should note that Block P has no alcohol available.

Supporters are asked to have tickets ready for inspection on arrival at the Doug Ellis Stand as a barrier system may be in place for an external ticket check before reaching turnstiles. This is in the interest of supporter safety and to ensure only supporters with valid tickets enter the stadium.

Accessibility

Aston Villa’s guide for disabled supporters can be found here.

Wheelchair spaces for visiting supporters are now located in the visitors’ section, pitchside in Block Q of the Doug Ellis Stand. Supporters using these spaces can enter the stadium via Gate 28, which is located next to the visitors’ ticket office and general admission turnstiles.

Supporters are advised that, as the positions are pitchside, there is little cover from inclement weather. Ponchos can be provided, subject to availability, and supporters are advised to check the weather forecast before travelling and plan accordingly.

Aston Villa have installed an access gate between wheelchair spaces and the front rows of seated areas to ensure the area around wheelchair using supporters is kept clear. Villa will also provide a stewarding presence in the area.

Ambulant supporters will be located in the front rows of Block Q of the Doug Ellis Stand and will encounter eight steps to reach the front row from the concourse area. Lifts are available via the accessible entrance at Gate 28 should they be required.

Accessible toilets are available and supporters without their own RADAR key will be able to request one from a steward.

Disabled Supporter Assistants will be present in accessible viewing areas along with Tottenham Hotspur Access Stewards should any support be required.

Disabled parking

Limited parking for disabled supporters is available in the away coach park on Witton Lane and can be booked by emailing access@tottenhamhotspur.com.

Supporters are advised that they will need to reach Witton Lane before the road closures begin at 11am.

Ticket Office

Supporters collecting tickets can do so from the Visitors’ Ticket Office on Witton Lane, opposite the away coach park. Duplicate tickets must be requested by emailing ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com and will only be provided on production of valid photo ID.

Refreshments

Concessions in the visitors’ section will be serving food and hot and cold drinks.

Sale of alcohol

Alcohol will be available in Block Q - the lower tier of the Doug Ellis Stand - only. Aston Villa is not licensed to sell alcohol in the upper tier of the stand due to the size of the concourse.

Cashless payments

Villa Park is a cashless stadium. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Flags and banners

Flags and banners are permitted in the visitors’ section but must be approved in advance by emailing lee.preece@avfc.co.uk.

Supporters are also reminded of the Club’s own Flags and Banners Policy which is in effect at away matches.

Smoking

Villa Park is a smoke-free stadium. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited in all areas.

Bag Policy

Only bags of A4 size (297mm x 210mm) or smaller will be permitted into Villa Park and all bags will be examined by a steward. There are no bag storage facilities at the stadium and supporters are encouraged to leave bags at home.

Spurs respects

We are proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away.

We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory or violent behaviour, including racist, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability shouting, chanting or actions, is unacceptable.

The Club reserves the right to indefinitely ban supporters found guilty of using discriminatory language or violent behaviour.

Reporting anti-social behaviour

To report an incident at Villa Park, please notify the nearest steward or text 60060 with a description and location of the incident as soon as possible.

Unauthorised use of tickets

Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters found to have purchased tickets and subsequently sold or passed them on to other supporters, or offered for sale, will be subject to sanctions.

Supporters unable to attend

Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club will make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of original tickets.
