Harbaugh's praise for 'amazing' Ange and Academy

Baltimore Ravens Head Coach John Harbaugh paid tribute to Ange Postecoglou and our Academy after his side made Hotspur Way their temporary home last week.

Ahead of taking on the Tennessee Titans at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday afternoon, the Maryland-based outfit became the first NFL side to complete a full training week at our Enfield training centre ahead of a game day in N17 - and Harbaugh could not have been happier with how it went.

Going on to win the clash with the Titans 24-16, the Ravens Head Coach reflected on the week at Hotspur Way in his post-game press conference and reserved special praise for our training centre, our Academy, our staff and Head Coach Ange, who took time out of his schedule to exchange notes with Harbaugh.

Speaking to reporters at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the Superbowl XLVII winning coach said, "I really enjoyed Tottenham, when we practised over there. Just look at the facilities.

"I had the chance to talk to their various staff members.The Head Coach was amazing - I really liked that guy. He's really good with people. He really understands just how to motivate a team, how to build an organisation - he's done it in different places. I was just trying to pick his brains as much as I could.

"And then all the people around him... The performance people were pretty special. We got to see the young players. it was kind of cool seeing the Academy. That's different than us. We have High School and College, You guys have the academies and the clubs. Talking to those kids... they're kids, but they're really talented. So I learned how small our sporting world really is."
