Confirmed line-ups: Wolves vs Spurs

Sat 11 November 2023, 11:30|Tottenham Hotspur

We can now confirm the line-ups for our Premier League clash with Wolves (kick-off 12.30pm UK).

After it was confirmed on Friday that Micky van de Ven and James Maddison would be out of action until the New Year with injuries, while Cristian Romero and Destiny Udogie are unavailable through suspension after shown red cards in Monday's defeat to Chelsea, Ange Postecoglou has made four changes to the team for today's lunchtime fixture at Molineux.

Those switches see three changes to our backline with Ben Davies and Emerson Royal returning to the side while Eric Dier makes his first start of the season. Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg also comes into the team for his first Premier League start since our 2-0 win over Fulham last month.

And there are changes to our substitutes as two faces return while there is a debut in the matchday squad. Alejo Veliz, Ashley Phillips and Premier League 2 Player of the Month Jamie Donley take their places amongst our substitutes while Academy defender Alfie Dorrington makes a first appearance in a Premier League matchday squad.

Starting XI: Vicario, Pedro Porro, Dier, Davies, Royal, Hojbjerg, Bissouma, Sarr, Kulusevski, Son (c), Johnson.

Substitutes: Forster, Dorrington, Phillips, Skipp, Bentancur, Lo Celso, Bryan, Donley, Veliz.

Our hosts, meanwhile, line-up as follows...

Starting XI: Sa, Semedo, Dawson, Kilman (c), Toti, Ait-Nouri, Cunha, Ait-Nouri, Gomes, Lemina, Bellegarde, Cunha, Hwang.

Substitutes: Bentley, Doherty, Traore, Silva, Bueno, Kalajdzic, Otto, Doyle, Sarabia.
