Confirmed line-ups | Spurs vs Aston Villa

Sun 26 November 2023, 13:00|Tottenham Hotspur

We can now confirm our starting XI and substitutes for our Premier League clash with Aston Villa (2pm kick-off UK).

Looking to get back to winning ways after defeats to Chelsea and Wolves, Ange Postecoglou has made four changes to the side that started in the late loss at Molineux.

Destiny Udogie returns to the side after missing the West Midlands trip through suspension, replacing Eric Dier in our backline. There are also wholesale changes in our midfield with Rodrigo Bentancur and Giovani Lo Celso both coming into the side while Dejan Kulusevski is expected to also line up in the centre of the field.

And the Swede's move into midfield sees Bryan Gil come into our forward line for his first Premier League start since our 4-0 win over Crystal Palace in January.

Rodrigo makes his first Premier League start since picking up his Anterior Cruciate ligament injury against Leicester City in February while Gio returns to our starting XI in England's top flight since our 3-0 defeat to Manchester United in October, 2021.

Starting XI: Vicario, Porro, Royal, Davies, Udogie, Bentancur, Lo Celso, Kulusevski, Gil, Son (c), Johnson.

Substitutes: Forster, Austin, Dier, Dorrington, Hojbjerg, Skipp, Veliz, Donley.
