Under-18s set for Cork City trip

We are pleased to announce that our Under-18s will travel to Ireland for a pre-season training camp next week, culminating in a friendly against Cork City Under-19s on Friday 21 July.

Led by coaches Stuart Lewis and Bradley Allen, our young squad will continue their preparations for the new season during the trip with a number of training sessions and team bonding exercises, before taking to the field against their counterparts from the League of Ireland club to round off their stay across the water.

The match will be open for spectators to attend – it will be held at Cork City’s Bishopstown training facility, with kick-off at 12pm.

Tickets are priced at five euros for adults (children under 13 go free) and must be purchased in advance via Cork City FC’s website.

Our travelling squad will feature a number of players who contributed to our Under-18 and Under-17 Premier League Cup double last season, in addition to some of our new intake of first-year scholars, who went full-time with us at the start of this month.
