Visiting supporters will be located on Level 7 of the Leazes Stand and will enter the stadium via turnstiles 91-94.

Supporters will be required to climb 140 stairs to get to the visitors’ section. There are 14 landings on the route and stewards will be on hand to direct supporters with access requirements to a lift.

Accessibility

St James’ Park has accessible toilets and changing facilities and supporters without their own RADAR key will be able to request one from a steward. Please contact the Accessibility Support Liaison, Jan Brien, should you have any queries about your needs on Jan.Brien@nufc.co.uk.

Spurs respects

We are proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away.

We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory or violent behaviour, including racist, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability shouting, chanting or actions, is unacceptable.

The Club reserves the right to indefinitely ban supporters found guilty of using discriminatory language or violent behaviour.

Reporting anti-social behaviour

To report an incident at St. James’ Park, please notify the nearest steward or text HELP to 60070 with a description and location of the incident as soon as possible.

Unauthorised use of tickets

Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points. Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50% reduction of Ticketing Points.

Supporters unable to attend

Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office by emailing ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com as soon as possible. The Club will make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of original tickets.

The test alert will send a message and audible alert for up to 10 seconds to every mobile phone or tablet in the country. No action is required from fans, however, should you require more information then please visit https://www.gov.uk/alerts/announcements.
