Disabled supporters can enter the stadium via Turnstiles 57-58.

Anti-surge barriers have been installed between wheelchair users and the first row of general admission seats in the visitors’ section to ensure there is no encroaching into the wheelchair area.

Accessible toilets are available and supporters without their own RADAR key will be able to request one from a steward.

Disabled Supporter Assistants will be present in accessible viewing areas along with Tottenham Hotspur Access stewards.

Bag Policy

Only small bags and handbags (no larger than 40cm x 35cm x 19cm) will be permitted into the stadium. There are no bag storage facilities at Carrow Road.

All bags will be subject to a search on entry to the stadium and supporters are asked to review the size and contents of their bags prior to departing to avoid delays at turnstiles.

Ticket Office

Supporters collecting tickets can do so from the Main Ticket Office, located on the corner of the South Stand furthest from the visitors’ section. Duplicate tickets must be requested by emailing ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com and will only be provided on production of valid photo ID.

Refreshments

Kiosks in the visitors’ section will be serving food as well as alcoholic and soft drinks.

Cashless payments

Carrow Road is a cashless venue. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Flags and banners

Flags and banners are permitted in the visitors’ section and much not exceed 2.5m at their widest or longest section with a flagpole no longer than 1m. Flags or banners with offensive messages will not be permitted into the stadium.

Flags and banners must be approved in advance by emailing photos of the fire safety certificate and design of the flag or banner to andy.batley@canaries.co.uk. Flags or banners revealed inside the stadium without permission will be confiscated.

Supporters are also reminded of the Club’s own Flags and Banners Policy which is in effect at away matches.

Spurs Respects

We are proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away.

We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory behaviour, including racist, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability shouting, chanting or actions, is unacceptable.

If you witness incidents like these, please report them to your nearest steward.

The Club reserves the right to indefinitely ban supporters found guilty of using discriminatory language.

Unauthorised use of tickets

Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points. Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50% reduction of Ticketing Points.

Supporters unable to attend

Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club shall make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of originally issued tickets.
