Travel information for fans attending Saturday's Anthony Joshua v Oleksandr Usyk fight

Thu 23 September 2021, 19:54|Tottenham Hotspur

Fans attending Saturday's fight between Anthony Joshua and Oleksandr Usyk are asked to take note of the following travel information.

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is highly accessible by public transport:

- It is served by four stations (White Hart Lane, Northumberland Park, Tottenham Hale and Seven Sisters) providing access to London Overground, London Underground, Greater Anglia services and numerous TfL buses.
- A free high capacity shuttle bus service to and from the Piccadilly line at Wood Green station connects the stadium with other stations and services.

There is ample cycle parking around the stadium. Walking routes to and from the stadium to stations and coach parks are all clearly signposted. Stewards will also be on hand to answer any questions.

Fans are advised that the Victoria line will be very busy before and after the fight. The Piccadilly line will be less busy and connects to the stadium via the free shuttle bus service at Wood Green, which offers a quicker route than using the Victoria line and walking from Seven Sisters.

Fans travelling from Liverpool Street are advised that there is approximately double the train capacity from and to Northumberland Park than between Liverpool Street and White Hart Lane. A full timetable can be found via the link below.

Wherever fans are travelling from, particularly if they have never been to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium before, we recommend using this detailed travel advice to plan their journey in advance. It includes:

- Recommendations on travelling from all major London stations.
- Timetables for the expanded train services in operation for this event.
- Suggestions on convenient park and ride locations.
- Details of the shuttle bus service to Piccadilly services at Wood Green.
- Details of coach services available from locations across the country.

Fans should also make sure they plan their journey home, taking into account the potential for the fight lasting all 12 rounds. There are likely to be long queues at the four train stations serving the stadium after the event.

Detailed travel advice includes recommendations on returning via all major London stations.

Almost all post-event train services will go to Liverpool Street rather than Stratford. Late night train services to Liverpool Street will operate after midnight with easy interchange to other transport services. A free high capacity shuttle bus service will also operate from Seven Sisters to Liverpool Street.

Fans are advised to note the departure times of the final trains to the following destinations:

• London Overground southbound to Liverpool Street from White Hart Lane at 00:25
• Greater Anglia southbound from Northumberland Park to Liverpool Street at 00:29
• Liverpool Street to Shenfield by TfL Rail at 00:55
