Information for fans travelling to the Emirates on Sunday

Here is the latest travel information for our supporters making the trip to the Emirates for our Premier League fixture against Arsenal on Sunday. A reminder that we kick-off at 4.30pm, with gates opening at 2.30pm.

COVID-19 Status Certification

Arsenal will be conducting spot checks of all adult supporters’ COVID-19 status, however demonstrating COVID-19 certification is not mandatory and is not a condition of entry.

To demonstrate COVID-19 status before entering the Emirates, supporters should provide proof of either:

- Full vaccination (+14 days)
- Natural immunity (via a PCR test result)
- Negative lateral flow and / or PCR test result in the 48 hours prior to kick-off
- Exemptions from vaccination

As at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the best way to do this is by using the NHS COVID Pass via the NHS App. Supporters unable to use the app can present proof of status via an official NHS letter, email or text message in the case of a lateral flow or PCR test.

Supporter Code of Conduct

Supporters are asked to read and agree to abide by Arsenal’s Code of Conduct which can be found here.

This includes following public health guidance, only attending the match if fit and well to do so and wearing a face covering in all indoor areas, other than when eating or drinking.

Supporters are asked to arrive in plenty of time and to follow the latest government guidance on staying safe while using public transport, which can be found here.

Travelling to the Emirates

Supporters are strongly advised not to drive to the Emirates. The ground is situated in a mainly residential area with an extensive Event Day Parking Scheme in operation. Only car owners with residents' permits will be allowed to park on-street in the designated areas. Any cars parked illegally will be towed away.

Tube and rail

King’s Cross is the main connecting station for national rail and many underground lines.

The following stations are within a 15-minute walk of Emirates Stadium:

- Arsenal (Piccadilly Line)
- Finsbury Park (Victoria Line, Piccadilly Line, Great Northern Rail)
- Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line, North London Line, Great Northern Rail)

Please note that Holloway Road station will be exit-only before and after Arsenal first-team matches, with pre-match eastbound trains not stopping. Drayton Park is closed on matchdays.

Supporters are advised to use the Transport for London twitter account @Tfl or website https://tfl.gov.uk/ for transport updates.

There are some partial closures on the Underground but there are no planned works on either the Piccadilly or Victoria lines which serve the main stations around the Emirates.

Supporters travelling by National Rail services are advised to use check their journey using the National Rail website.

Entrance to the Stadium

Visiting supporters will be located in the south-east corner of the Emirates in Blocks 20-23.

Supporters are advised to arrive as early as possible ahead of the 4.30pm kick-off on Sunday. Away turnstiles will open from 2.30pm.

Stewards outside turnstiles will be in place to perform a check of bags and a full pat down body search.

Accessibility

The Emirates has low level counters at kiosks, hearing loops, audio commentary and a sensory room.

Blue Badge Parking

Stadium

Supporters wishing to book Blue Badge parking at the stadium should contact bluebadgeparking@arsenal.co.uk.

On street parking

Blue Badge holders can park in the surrounding roads in vacant residents’ parking bays. Supporters are advised to check to ensure the bay is not suspended due to event day parking restrictions around the stadium. Blue Badges and clocks must be clearly displayed.

There are a number of dedicated Blue Badge bays in the vicinity of the stadium. Supporters are advised that some of the bays in the area are specifically for the use of a designated Blue Badge holder. Please check the Blue Badge parking signage carefully before parking.

Refreshments

Concourse catering kiosks will be serving food, hot and cold drinks and alcoholic beverages.

Cashless Payments

The Emirates is a cashless stadium and accepts all major debit and credit cards.

Flags and Banners

Flags must be no larger than 2m x 1m and contain nothing of an offensive, discriminatory or inflammatory nature.

Bag Policy

Supporters are asked not to bring bags to the Emirates, but if a bag is necessary, it must be A4 size (21cm x 30cm) or smaller. All bags are searched and tagged prior to entry. There will be a barrier system in place to filter supporters into the search lanes.

There are no ‘left luggage’ facilities at the Emirates. The nearest left luggage facilities are at King's Cross station.

Unauthorised Use of Tickets

Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions and Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points. Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50 per cent reduction of Ticketing Points.

Supporters Unable to Attend

Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club shall make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of originally issued tickets.
