Information for fans travelling to Molineux on Wednesday

Mon 20 September 2021, 07:53|Tottenham Hotspur

Here is some information for our supporters making the trip to Wolverhampton Wanderers for our Carabao Cup fixture on Wednesday evening. A reminder that we kick-off at 7.45pm.

COVID-19 status certification

Wolves will be conducting spot checks of all adult supporters’ COVID-19 status. All supporters attending the match must be prepared to present proof of full vaccination or a negative lateral flow test result in the 48 hours prior to kick-off.

As at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the best way to do this is by using the NHS COVID Pass via the NHS App. Supporters unable to use the app can present proof of status via an official NHS letter, email or text message in the case of a lateral flow test.

Supporter Code of Conduct

Supporters are asked to read and agree to abide by Wolves’ Code of Conduct which can be found here.

This includes following public health guidance, only attending the match if fit and well to do so and wearing a face covering in all indoor areas, other than when eating or drinking.

Supporters are asked to arrive in plenty of time and to follow the latest government guidance on staying safe while using public transport, which can be found here.

Hand Sanitiser will be available in the visitors’ section and supporters are also encouraged to bring their own in bottles, no larger than 50ml.

Entrance to the stadium

Gates open at 6.15pm. Visiting supporters will be located in the Steve Bull Stand lower tier in Blocks JL2-JL10.

Accessibility

A designated Accessible Entrance is available in the Steve Bull Stand and Access Stewards will be on hand to provide assistance to any supporters requiring it.

Molineux has low level counters at kiosks, hearing loops, audio commentary and a sensory room.

Wolves’ Access Guide can be found here.

Limited Blue Badge parking is available on a first come first served basis and can be purchased by emailing access@tottenhamhotspur.com.

Away fans’ pub

The Bluebrick is the designated pub for visiting supporters. Serving a range of food, with tables indoors and outdoors, it is a short walk from Molineux. Supporters who would like to order food are advised to order in advance of arrival by calling 01902 875301.

The full address is:
The Bluebrick,
191 Broad Gauge Way,
Wolverhampton,
WV10 0BA.

Molineux Fan Zone

Visiting supporters are welcome at the Fan Zone which is located near Block 5 of the Sir Jack Hayward stand. Hot and cold food as well as soft and alcoholic drinks are available in the Fan Zone.

Refreshments

Concourse catering kiosks will be serving food, hot and cold drinks and alcoholic beverages.

Cashless payments

Molineux is a cashless stadium and accepts all major debit and credit cards.

Parking

Limited car parking is still available and can be purchased here.

Flags and banners

Flags larger than 150cm at their widest or longest and flagpoles longer than 1m will not be permitted entry. Wolverhampton Wanderers reserve the right to confiscate flags or banners if they are very large or compromise public safety, obscure someone’s view, advertising hoardings, a camera position or if they contain offensive, discriminatory or inflammatory messages.

Bag policy

Supporters are asked not to bring bags to Molineux, but if a bag is necessary, it must be A4 size (21cm x 15cm x 10cm) or smaller. Bags larger than specified, laptops and rucksacks are not permitted and there is no storage facility available.

Unauthorised use of tickets

Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions and Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points. Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50 per cent reduction of Ticketing Points.

Supporters unable to attend

Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club shall make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of originally issued tickets.
